My daughter has very painful periods, her cramps last the whole 7 days. She would have to take Midol and 3 ibuprofen’s at the same time just to get a little relief. She now just wears her Livia and doesn’t have to take pills to manage her pain!! So worth the money. We also had an issue with the pad breaking and they sent a new one right away at no charge! Best product and great customer service!! Please don’t ever go out of business ❤️

Omg, I can continue living especially on first days of my period, without taking medication (which sometimes doesn’t help). Or even when I can’t function as usual, it still alleviates my pain (very quickly after turning it on). Thank you!

This Livia device is awesome for menstrual cramps. It is so much better than having to take ibuprofen all the time. As a sufferer of both Endo and Uterine Fibroids, however, it doesn't always work. I have found that it is not useful for me, personally, when I'm having cramping pain due to the Fibroids. Otherwise it is a wonderful product and I will always recommend this to others.

That time of the month was brutal in high school, and only worsened as I got into adulthood. Medications stopped working, and the heating pad only provided so much assistance. I got a Livia for my girlfriend, who has always had bad period pains when it's that time. Sometimes it's even been so bad that it makes her puke, and want to curl up and have someone stab her in her lower back to relieve the pain. When I gave her the Livia, she started using it and as soon as she put it on she said it was already helping. She had to adjust the intensity of it a bit though once she found the right intensity she hasn't had the pain as much anymore, at least when she remembers to charge it. Only thing I would say would, they almost need to offer a 2 or 3 pack, for the people that forget to charge them or need to use them more than just when they're on their period. So far, I would highly recommend it.

Since starting menopause, my cramps have become horribly painful and almost debilitating at times. Even with taking maximum amount of midol and other pain relievers they were still tremendously painful. The Livia unit has made a huge difference, for the better! When I put the Livia on, my cramps disappear completely. It's the most amazing invention in my opinion! It makes my cramps nonexistent while having it turned on. I'm able to function again like a non-period day. I still take some midol and other pain meds to help with other symptoms but it's no where near the amounts as before I got the Livia. I have recommended the Livia to so many of my co workers and friends that have bad cramps. I would recommend the Livia to anyone that has cramps. Livia is the best thing ever!

My period pain is so much more manageable!! It’s not 100% gone but I can get it down to low to almost no paid. I have endometriosis and have had very bad pain since I was 14 years old. I am now 30 and have finally found the solution. I use to medicate myself as much as possible and still my pain was crippling. I am now able to go out on my worst days and wear this. I can be almost pain free at work and truly live my life. Even if this breaks one day I would buy another!!

For anyone curious, I got it. It’s amazing. Yes, similar to a tens, but I felt genuine relief with this. First time I didn’t want to sob and run to pharmecuticals so THANK YOU!
However, my first one broke, sadly, I was working with a customer service rep but with a looming period and the company having a really great sale running, I just ordered a second. Used it as soon as cramps started (they always start before my actual bleeding… yes I know I’m meant to see a doctor so save the lectures. I have an appointment coming up.)
But yeah long story short; it worked really well for me and I’m really happy with this product. Fortunately I don’t know many other women with endo who haven’t resolved it via medical intervention, so I have nobody to recommend this to, but if any of my friends tells me they have bad cramps, I’ll happily loan them mine with fresh gel pads til they can get one because, seriously, it worked.
I would always miss school from periods and it interfered with so many jobs and opportunities and nobody really empathized with me medically so they refused to investigate and told me to keep taking ibuprofen… I WISH that helped. But this? Game changer. The product was excellent and worked very well for my very extreme pain and cramping.

Unbelievably effective!
My first time trying it out I got the hang of the settings very quickly. The placement was easy and it actually WORKED!!! Normally I have pain the doubles me over and makes life hard for the first 3 or so days of my period. But with Livia I was cramp FREE while using it. But not only that .. my days of cramping were cut in half... I raved to everyone at work about it and gave them all the link. Highly recommending!!

Livia: the reason I choose the bear. Gaslighting your customers and trying to avoid basic legal responsibility (in my case in the United States) then ghosting them when they refuse free stuff, whether it's business or a personal-it's predatory behavior. They took money out of my account the moment I placed the order. I tried to cancel my order that hasn't even been shipped yet, nor will the cancel the subscription. Customer service was generic and will not actually acknowledge the desire for a refund or cancelation. They responded (one out of the dozen of emails in the past week) to my cancellation request by asking why I wanted to stop my subscription, then telling me orders usually ship in 3-5 business days and never confirmed the removal of the subscription. They stopped responding altogether after that and I repeatedly said I want a refund and am not interested in their product or services. Eventually someone responded to my BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint offering more free stuff and I refused.
Updated: Livia flagged my review after my bank agreed with my refund dispute. I'm glad I took the proper legal steps against them.
Update May 21, 2024: sorry it took so long. I waited to make sure my bank completed my refund and Livia sent a bs response about “giving” me a refund on the BBB complaint I had open on them since Livia has been nothing but awful and avoiding. Now that my refund is complete I’m getting messages from them on here and there! I’m shocked. But going back, my bank finalized my dispute, over the phone and in email, THEN Livia tried to fake a delivery of a product they said they were out of(and after I refused their free offers) through “Sendle” and tell me it was delivered and I needed to prove it wasn’t to get my money back. I looked at the “Sendle”….receipt, if you can call it that, which had nothing of detail just an address for a fulfillment center and my address and shows a couple of city names in a list and said delivered at my mailbox. No actual checkpoints, no handoffs or descriptions of any other kind. I can’t prove the package didn’t exist, but I can prove it wasn’t delivered because I have a locked mailbox only USPS can get into. And this is my favorite part, if you’re wondering that it could have been a minor mistake and they left it at the door, well it was quite the fortuitous day for me as I was home the whole day with another adult inside the home and landscapers right outside my front door. I didn’t hear anything back from Livia after I said NO to interacting with “Sendle” until now that I have my refund they want to look like they care. I have been through so much anguish for a month now because of Livia and their gaslighting/avoidance tactics. If my now closed BBB complaint isn’t public I will make sure it is on another forum or something.
I got through this by taking screenshots of EVERY ENCOUNTER with Livia including my emails that they ignored.
I kept an open complaint on the BBB(Better Business Bureau) which helps with time stamps.
I created a dispute with my bank and luckily for me they heard my case quickly.
I am in the USA so I used USPS and the FTC for reference of my legal and basic rights in my situation.
When Livia tried to make me interact with “Sendle” I didn’t. I said NO and stated Refund again. And to be clear even if they sent something through the USPS or any other legitimate courier, it is my legal right and obligation to refuse the package, especially being weeks after ignoring my refund request and my bank already approving my refund dispute.
If Livia or any of its “employees” keep harassing me or try to contact me in any way not on a public forum I will keep updating this thread for public record.
I genuinely don’t know why they would still try to contact me on Trustpilot AFTER ALL OF THIS, their BBB profile says they’ve been in business for 7 years, if they wanted do better they would have by now.
I will use the words I used on the BBB: I do not want or need your products or services.
