Amazing!!

I am a pharmacy technician and we get pretty busy on the daily. This means NO time for cramps! This device has saved me from missing work and keeps me from having to take the anti-inflammatories! No one even knows you are wearing it and I can continue to do my job! I have already recommended to my co-workers!!

Game changer

Using this device alongside painkillers on the first and second days of my period is the only way I can get through them! I look after dogs for a living so I'm always having to walk them and Livia makes that do-able for me now during my period. I also struggle quite a lot at night with the cramps so I attach the device and turn it on and within about 20 minutes the pain has subsided and I can sleep. I'm so happy I bought this and I recommend it to everyone!

Wrong Address

I ordered my second Livia device, but unfortunately the address was incorrect. Livia received the device back and I informed them of the correct address, however they sent it to the wrong address again and I never got my device.

We never get our replacement stickies

We never get our replacement stickies. We are charged monthly but the only time we get the additional petal adhesives is when we make a request which isn’t the easiest. My daughter likes the machine and still uses it. I wish we didn’t have the other issue.

Worst experience with customer service…

Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had. It took them literal months to email be back about a broken device, and even after cancelling my subscription I continued to be charged and had to dispute the charges with my bank because I couldn’t reach customer service. This was all back in 2020 and they just sent me a request for this review. Could have been a great decide for pain but the customer service was awful.

I never received the gel pads unless I…

I never received the gel pads unless I complained to the company directly and then would finally receive a shipment. I loved the product and stopped using it because of poor customer support. I also had to demand more than once to have my credit card removed from their system because they wouldn't stop charging me.

This product is incredible

This product is incredible. I recommend all of my friends who have bad cramps, even recommended it to my doctor. I would not survive my cramps gracefully if I didn’t have Livia as my go to tool. I highly recommend this to anyone who has even the slightest discomfort from period cramps. On top of that the customer service team is very quick and very friendly. Makes the whole experience with this product fabulous.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company. On January 21st, 2021 I purchased a device along with a subscription for gel pads. I was informed that the item would not arrive until February 21st, 2021, a full month after purchase. I needed the item asap, so I told them this timeline was not acceptable and I wanted a refund. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and finally received an email on February 26th, 2021 saying that my order had been canceled and the refund had been completed. I never thought about them again until December 3rd, 2023, almost a full 3 years later, when I received an email stating that my payment method had been declined and I needed to supply a new credit card in order to continue my subscription (my subscription that never began and was canceled nearly 3 years ago). I replied with the above information regarding my original cancellation and they replied on December 6th, 2023 that they had no record of the reason for my cancellation and that before they could proceed with a cancellation, I would need to share a reason for my cancellation. I again responded with the above information regarding why I canceled. Today, on December 8th, 2023, they have sent yet another request for a new credit card number to charge for my "subscription." I would really like this company to close any open subscription they think I have open and cease contacting me.
