It was not worth my money. Not at all. It may distract me a little bit while the painkillers start to work, bur no, this device does NOT switch the pain off.

I have severe cramps during my period, and all the advertising of this brand made me think this TENS machine could really help with that. It doesn't. It simply doesn't.

I even tried to ask for a refund (as they advertised they'd do in case of insatisfaction), but they refused to do it.

It was a life changing. I have endometriosis and it helps me a lot!! Really recommend it

My period is too painful to just use Livia. But, it helps me with the pain when just pain meds don't help.

The device itself is a miracle worker. I'm not sure how it took do long to find such a comprehensive solution to period pain. The only draw back is changing the gel pads doesn't always go the smoothest. Especially the first ones.

My mom got this for me because nothing else was working for cramps and I absolutely LOVE it!

It's an amazing product that significantly decreases pain from period cramps. It makes it possible for me to get through my work day without taking an unhealthy amount of nsaids that i had been taking for relief. The company is very friendly and even replaced one for me free of charge. 10/10 I would recommend this to every menstruating woman.

I love my livia, seriously I would be crying without this thing. Right now. It makes the pain a lot more manageable and I seriously love the little massage it gives me.

Finally a product that offers PMS relief!!

The absolute worst! I made my first order on December 3, 2020. It was meant to be a birthday present for my wife as she tends to have really painful cramps during her period. They stated that they will send new gel pads every 6 months when I subscribed (Every month $8). After 8 months, I haven't received the renewal so I personally contacted their customer support, in which they sent me the next batch. 3 years later, I only got the initial batch and the batch I personally contacted the customer service for, haven't received any batches since.

I highly don't recommend buying their product. Don't know why it took me so long but as of today, I have unsubscribed to their service, just not worth it.

Love this product but I get some sort of rash every time I use it. I use it anyway though hahaha. I like finding ways to ease the pain without the use of pills

when starting to use Livia the battery life were much longer. I got my new Livia about 20 months ago and the battery life is very short and unhelpful during the day

I've never found a product that makes my period pain go away so fast. I love it.

My pain level went down when I turned the machine on. The only thing is the gel doesn't stick well after you take it off and reapply

I like my livia, it helps a lot, but I do not like that the wiring is so delicate (it is not the most sturdy).

Since I went off birth control, my periods got more intense and with it the cramps on first and second day. I use my Livia 2 days per month but I can tell you it’s totally worth it! I don’t need to take Midol anymore.

HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION OR REPORT A PROBLEM AND NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME. MACHINE ONLY WORKS ABOUT HALF THE TIME AND STOPS SUDDENLY EVEN THOUGH IT'S FULLY CHARGED WITH NEW PADS. NEED TO WORK ON BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.

An absolutely amazing product !! Helps to relieve cramps and menstrual pain. Helps with back aches and sore joints/muscles. A must buy !!

I've been using Livia ever since the startup and have recommended it close to 15 times by now.

I have tried to contact your customer service many, many times. Not only did the entire package not arrive (I only got the case and no helpful product) I overpaid and never did see the actual unit. After so many failed attempts to contact I tried to delete myself from the mailing list and still I am getting not 1 but THREE emails at a time. Crappy service altogether. Beyond disappointing and frustrating.
