Horrible place to live

Sadly administration does not do anything regarding certain rules. The bicycle situation is crazy. Gardens outside don't grow because people park their bicycles on them and the nice sitting area is also covered by bicycles. There is a great underground bicycle parking area and it is barely used, probably because there are no signs indicating where it is and the fact that the access to it is quite steep.
The cargo bicycle room is packed with regular bicycles and even motorcycles which makes it impossible for cargo bikes to get in or out or even move inside. The area outside the laundry room is covered with cigarettes butts and the access doors to the building are almost always open so anyone can get into the building. Elevators are broken at least once a month and this lasts days. Administration are on top of organising activities, small gathering and parties but when it comes to concrete action to make the place more comfortable, nothing happens. Quite disappointed since the rent for a very small room is high and the "extras" that would compensate the price don't meet the expectations. There have been issues with homeless people using common areas and causing chaos during the night. People leave doors open and they do not care about it. I have found trash in the hallways, stones in the middle of the entrance and also one of the access doors has been broken (it is made of glass which isn't a smart choice of materials for a DOOR) for over a month now.
Apart from being a messy and dirty place, in which shoes are stolen from your door and bicycles are always parked on the way, they insist on coming into our apartments every 3 to 4 months to "fix" or "check " stuff. Every single time they have sent people into our rooms, they do absolutely nothing. They keep sending emails about certain check up on this or change of that when the place is not older than a couple of years, nothing needs to be fixed. So be aware that there's not real privacy here.
People also keep slamming their doors and everything shakes everywhere.

Expensive and unsafe

It costs way to much for what you get.
Stuff gets stolen and broken into on a daily basis.
Common areas are not very well kept.
I would not recommend anybody to move there.
