I ordered a canvas print for my son Aug 14th. It's over a month later and now there is no contact number for mylove.com and when I try to email to mylove.com there is no such email now. If you have a contact number, please let me know. None in my confirmation email that provided an order number.
I ordered a blanket the beginning of May. With shipping it cost almost $70. I have never received it. I recently reached out to the company and they said they cannot help me because I waited too long to complain. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and extra time with the Covid situation. Then I tried calling and a recording said it will ship within 5 days- basically that is what it said when I ordered it back in May. There were no options to talk with a person, and it would not let me cancel the order. So I guess I'm out $70 unless this blanket magically arrives 2 1/2 months late. This is pretty crappy customer service especially during a pandemic when money is tight for people.
I continue to have an ongoing horrible experience with mylove.com....ordered a blanket over a month ago...realizing I had duplicated the order the next day..i sent them an email....since then I have sent several emails....no response...no blanket!!!....would never recommend this company!
