Delivery shortage this time on an otherwise excellent service
I have used My Motor World in the past and was very happy with the service. This time I ordered a number of different parts for the 3 cars I look after in our house. Unfortunately, the latest delivery was one item short. I have reported this to Customer Services. They sent me a photo of the 2 boxes I received. This however does not show evidence of what was in the boxes. I have replied to CS and I awaiting resolution of the delivery shortage. As stated I have been happy with the quality of products and service in the past. I am hopefully of a satisfactory resolution. Thank you.
Motor World have contacted me to apologise and have now sent the missing part. Much appreciated, Thank you for the prompt service.

Came quickly cardboard box not really up to a 4.5 Ltr container of oil.
The first order went AWOL was promised a replacement sent urgently but out of the blue a refund appeared.
So I then reordered.

I put a star because I can't put it
I put a star because I can't put it. Less. The service was extreme instead of professional. I lost valuable time and money. I ordered front and rear pads. The front ones were very small compared to my old pads and as I took them off, I put them in their box. The back ones were the same size as my old pads and I fitted them. I asked the team if they accept a refund and they said yes if they are in their original packaging and yes if I didn't fit them.

Found the Product I wanted!
I was having difficulty finding a particular product locally that I wanted. (Tetrion 4 in 1), which I wanted for. particular DIY job that needed doing.
I did an online search and there it was on the My Motor World website. Very pleased. It was easy to order. I ordered 2 tubes and they arrived very quickly and well packed. It was at a good price too.

I found Mymotorworld to be very good, the website was fairly easy to use & my order was packed & shipped fast, the only downfall was using Evri as a courier, this added an element of excitement to the order! I spent most of the week wondering if my parcel would arrive, eventually giving up believing it was lost forever, then in a final twist (just before picking up the phone to customer service) it arrived! later than estimated but it arrived.

Is Remi human?
I ordered four spark plugs from this company. They were supposed to be sent to my daughter's address. I got a message from her to say that they had arrived. So far so good. Some time later I went to her house to collect some things that I had had sent there. At this point I noticed that there were only three plugs in the package. I might explain that this company sells on eBay and offers sets of three plugs or singles. I ordered three plus one. Their own literature says that the plugs are for Honda or Suzuki, who, as far as I know do not produce a three cylinder motorcycle. I sent a message to the retailer mentioning the deficit. I expected that they'd just 'pop another one in the post'. Not a bit of it both MMW and the eBay retailer use what appears to be a customer service bot called Remi. She (I assume it's a she) is both unintelligent and unhelpful. To date I have had no meaningful interaction with Remi. I even asked if I could talk to someone else but was told no. This creature, whatever it is, appears to have been put in place to refuse to consider that the company could be in any way at fault. Has anyone got a spare Denso U24ETR?

My Motor World is excellent
I didn’t know the reference number of the colour of my car and I went onto My Motor World website and they gave me the number. The other websites wouldn’t give me the number but took me to the colour for my car. I opted to go with My Motor World as cheaper, quick to respond, deliver and excellent customer service.
Really good service
Really good service, ordered online some paint, for collection from one of their local stores, within 5 minutes got. call saying that my item was ready to collect. On collection the member of staff very good too.
I paid extra for next day delivery but…
I paid extra for next day delivery but didn't arrive to following day then I missed delivery as it came before time slot I was told by DHL. Then they gave me the wrong name of shop.
