Consistently poor delivery experience, website a bit glitchy
Had trouble updating my order on the website, so I had to abandon my efforts.
Delivery service is POOR. For anyone needing to have meals delivered, all suppliers use HDS so it's all bad news. They won't bring my boxes upstairs. I have arthritis and if I could carry heavy items or make my own meals, I wouldn't need to have meals delivered! HDS falsely represent their user reviews on their website, they claim 4 stars, but Google reviews give them one star.

My Muscle Chef makes bulking and cutting easy for me
I signed up to My Muscle Chef while I was recovering from a surgery and was slowly getting back into gym.
I've been a customer for a year now and after sticking to my diet and training routine I'm seeing some really positive results, very happy with the experience and the product.
Could not recommend more!
ps. Try the chipotle chicken, it's excellent.

I'm finding that some of the meals and quite tart and inconsistent with flavour. Some are amazing but it can be hit and miss unfortunately.

Straight up, tried so many delivery food options and have been happy with many of them but compared to muscle chef in my opinion there all a distant 2nd. Food is flavoursome, tastes fresh, well packaged, portions great etc only blemish, they've scrapped my favourite meal lol

The quality of the meals especially…
The quality of the meals especially flavour is hands down the best we have ever had, we go the gym 5 nights a week so to be able to come home and have a flavourful, portion controlled meal in just minutes is amazing. I dropped one star simply due to app issues and not being able to alter meals in some of the bundles. More discounts for repeat customers with ongoing subscriptions would be nice as well. Also the meals are delivered on time with tracking without any issue every week. We love Muscle Chef.

The Good, the bad and things you cant control.
The Good:
Consistency, great selection of meals, nothing is dry, salt levels are naturally high (Which as a competitive bodybuilder works perfectly for me). Even more general meals not high in protein, are still high in protein, very thoughtful. Very good.
The Bad:
Prices are still high if I bulk buy, not enough deals on, can't alter my upcoming delivery order if I chimp out and forget that week.
Also, your god, damned, delivery guys seem to have made a game out of where they want to place my order each week. Sometimes its at the front door, sometimes its underneath the back verandah, sometimes its at the side of my gate, sometimes its out in the rain. Hell, the third mod recent one I found sitting vertically and tucked neatly into a set of shelves around the side of my house I pretty much never go to. I laugh my ar$e off frequently at this but could see how this might anger some other customers who take life a little too seriously.
Things you guys can't control:
- Considering cancelling subscription for the short term as cost of living is getting worse and I've recently discovered Aldi can do multiple frozen meals around the same macro nutrient profile for literally half the cost and what other things I need to rely on for nourishment are sold at ridiculous discounts at Costco. So just a heads up in the future on that.

MYMC food is great but they use external delivery service
The food is tasty. The menu is curated carefully which is nice. What I don't like is the delivery service used. I have witnessed drivers dropping my box order at my front door which means my delivery note was ignored. I raised this issue 3 times over the chat with MYMC and the communication was fine but having an external delivery service means my complaint doesn't need a resolution really, because it's passed onto the delivery service and ends there.
