Is there a negative star on the reviews? If you ever plan to rent and the property management is Mynd, you must RUN! They never respond to your claims, if they do they will send the WORST VENDORS and when all is done, they will keep your deposit money claiming false damages and repairs.

Easy Home Inspection
Jazz was very kind and made the inspection very easy. She came in, explained all the steps needed and performed the inspection in a very quick and professional matter. Jazz also took personal interest in making sure all issues with the home were documented so they could easily be resolved.

I'm so fed up with this company after the 3 years we just spent dealing with them. I'm frustrated and exhausted. I really hope my review can help someone from having to deal with them in the future. There is no communication amongst their team. One person will tell us one thing and then a different person will tell us another. We have been lied to, ignored, overcharged. We have had to wait up to a month at times for maintenance. We've been harassed by the school district and had cops come to our door asking for proof of residency due to homeowners continuing to use our address and insisting they still live there. I could go on and on and on about the absurdity that we've had to deal with. I'm so relieved to finally be done with them because it has truly been a nightmare. PLEASE save yourself the time, the money, the horrendous headache and do not ever lease a house that is managed by this company.

My experience with mind has been awful
My experience with mind has been awful. Avoid renting from them if at all possible. My current condo switched to their management and it has been a nightmare. I received a notice that management was switching after my lease expired. At that point I tried to reach out for over a month and nobody would get back to me. Then I received a bill for a month two month rent that was far higher than the year lease. I was intending on and trying to sort out without hearing back. Since then, I’ve been charged fees on my statement that without explanation and cannot get in contact with anyone to have them removed. I paid the full rent in December and they prorated something, who knows what. They don’t get back to you, they rely on robots to respond to inquiries, and communication is overall terrible. Plus, it’s quite expensive so the rent increases. There is no personal touch and they do not care about you. I’m frustrated that I have no choice but to continue in my year lease at this point.
