Easy and fast process. High recommend

Using Obligo was so easy and quick, which is important in today's housing market! I love that I didn't have to worry about a security deposit and that I could safely pay my move-in costs with the click of a button!

Obligo was quick and easy to use. My husband and I make decent money, but struggled with the idea of putting over $3k down as a deposit on a rental house since we don’t have a huge savings account. Obligo approved us within minutes for no deposit. You do have to pay quite a service fee (ours was nearly $500) but that made the most sense for our situation. It may not be for everyone, but if you don’t have a large savings account built up, this is a huge help!

I really enjoyed using Obligo! At first I was a little concerned singing into my bank account on there site. But they really supported me through the process and helped me get my free deposit of $1000 I saved!!! You guys rock!

A great option to keep cash on hand. Fair price and simple to set up. Only wish they had been notified before the first month's rent was deducted.

Obligo felt super easy-to-use. The interface was clean, the functionality easy to understand, and it was clear there were no-string-attached. It felt just like we were checking into a hotel. Very Bad, never use there service

This is an excellent service. It makes your life ssssso much easier! Why having to disburse a significant amount of money for a deposit if you can avoid it? I felt that it made so much sense to me simply using the money for something else!
