THE best trainers I have ever owned.

I find these trainers excellent. I have a high instep so have trouble finding shoes to fit. These trainers give excellent support to my high arch and great cushioning to my heel. They remain fresh despite me wearing them all day in the gym and at home. They are very reasonably priced also.

RIP OFF - BEWARE

1 star only to get this review posted. Shoes are not orthopedic. They are very cheap made trainers that may lasy 5 minutes if you are lucky. Very over priced. Rip off returns policy - you pay to return to China plus your refund is less 20%. Reported for fraud. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor quality and no refunds

We bought two pairs of Ortho Stretch Cushion trainers. The product quality was poor with little or no ortho support for the base of the foot. The materials were also very poor.
We tried to return the products which involved paying international postage to China but they refused to refund any money. Avoid at all costs.

Fake Ortho footwear

Ordered "Ortho" footwear from an ad on Facebook. Ad claimed these shoes had arch support and cushioning and would help with several foot conditions like plantar fasciitis, diabetic feet, bunions etc. They claim that the shoes are for people who work on their feet all day and claimed they were 60% off. Also states 45 days to try and if not satisfied 100% money back guarantee. What I received was a pair of shoes that had an awful strong plastic chemical odour, they were shipped in just an envelope, no tags, no shipping invoice, no box. When I tried them on they were not what the ad claimed to be at all. No arch support, no cushion and had extremely slippery soles. I tried them for just a few hours and my feet were in agony. It felt like my instep tore. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund. They said they will give me an address and once received I will get my money back or I could keep them and get a 35% refund. Turns out the address is in China and it would cost me about €30 to return them. The business address is not on their website at all. They are a scam company. These are not genuine orthopedic footwear. I will be pursuing a consumer rights chargeback through my bank. Through further research their reviews are also fake and the company that posts their reviews "Judge me" has several complaints against them. Beware.
