Misleading in every way
The communication was awful. Misleading , repetitious and long delays in between . I still haven’t received the 40% credit to my card that they claimed ( 3 times ) they would immediately apply when I agreed to it ( rather then return the Paw Buddy to China ! It was shipped from Washington , by the way . At first they offered a 20% credit and I could kept it . I said no thank you . I was informed that I would need to return the $85.96 couch pad to China.
The cost was ridiculous .
Then they offered me 40% . I declined and said I wanted a full refund . I didn’t want to keep a product that didn’t fit and didn’t stay on the couch . I’m actually reporting them to the AG office . They’re barely legitimate.
