Pension Experts - Not!!!
As a customer of My pension Expert for some 5years I agreed to a change of funds in April 2025 and as at July 2026 no action has been taken, resulting in a significant underperformance of my account. This follows a period of 2years when no review was undertaken.
It is clear that My Pension Expert has little interest in meeting their contract obligations and just collect their fees.

Can't recommend My Pension Expert highly enough! I spoke to several colleagues over the space of a couple of weeks, and every single one was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. Special mention to my financial advisor, Emma Unsworth, for her invaluable help and support, she's amazing!
I was transferring my pension pot, as well as withdrawing the 25% tax-free amount. The whole process only took a few weeks, and they took care of everything. Communication was impeccable. I received my money much quicker than I had thought, without really having to do anything, except talk on the phone to a really lovely bunch of advisors. The world of pensions is a difficult one to navigate, but My Pension Expert guided me through it with no stress whatsoever. If you're struggling with your pension, give these guys a call, amazing service, amazing people, thank you!
