misleading offers
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was advertised as costing around €2, which made me believe it was a one-time payment. I only found out later that I had actually signed up for a subscription costing €24.95 every four weeks!! By the time I realized what had happened, I had already been charged three times.
As a student, I have to be very careful with my money and every euro matters. Unexpected charges like this have a real impact on my finances. I would never have knowingly agreed to such an expensive recurring subscription!
In my opinion, the way the pricing and subscription were presented was not transparent enough. I felt misled into signing up for something I did not fully understand. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this service!! It‘s not a honest Company and I am really mad about what happened…
