The perfume is too small but it smell really food.

Great response time and reasonable prices. I couldn't get the Mercedes Black locally but went online found the perfume shop and got 1. Sensational thank you and they give you the choice of buying a tester for a little cheaper, but it is exactly the same as a branded packaged one just a plain looking box not the printed version thanks again

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - They are horrible to deal with and rip you off and never send whats you have ordered.

Don’t trust this company, I ordered back in early April… and my shipping hasn’t updated yet for 2 creed bottles…. U can’t even contact em, they have a automatic WhatsApp that doesn’t even respond… customer service is very bad… we in July now the 17th.. and still nothing updated on my order.. STAY AWAY!

The shipment was delayed, but a lot of products are being delayed at the moment, she stepped in and took over and I am very happy with my product. I have trusted the website and ordered a perfume without testing it. The smell is really good and also the packaging .

Still has not received my order, nor the tracking has updated from "we are preparing your order". It's been 11 days since I paid. Customer service is sh*t as I was asked to wait until the 11th day to "receive" the order. Bruh, it has not been shipped 🤣. How will I magically receive it the next day.

I don’t wear the perfume myself😁 but my sister loves it. It seems to be the real thing which you know is always a question with some suppliers and retailers. I was a little concerned because delivery took longer than stated, but I gave us some grace and it was delivered before the date of the birthday I purchased it for. To receive a fifth star I would recommend My Perfume Shop offer an optional delivery service other than Australia Post or another courier. My Perfume Shop is a trusted supplier of mine and would buy from My Perfume Shop again.

Took a few emails and 2 months and a change in product because one was not in stock just to get them to send something. Finally received them and they’ve sent me the women’s version of one perfume in my order which clearly shows the men’s version. They reckon I ordered the wrong one . Unimpressed but I’m done dealing with them

They were patient with my late delivery and in the end allowed me to swap out to another fragrance, given shipments were very delayed, and with some additional credit on top. Thank you My Perfume Shop.

Do not purchase here. I ordered two items June 15 with estimated arrival date to me of June 12-16. Which already made me worried since the shipping estimate was clearly garbage to begin with. After 10 days of no updates I emailed and got the same automated response other reviews mention. That my item was a preorder and unavailable. Their website is deliberately deceptive. It did not say preorder online at time of purchase or when I checked again 10 days later. The items still showed available online. I requested a refund multiple times and they would not refund even though their email says after 14days if it hasn't shipped yet you're entitled to a refund. That's clearly a lie. I got a second automated email about delays from the war blah blah offering another product and free samples but refusing to reply about my refund or why neither product was marked as preorder at time of ordering. They said a shipment would arrive 30 June then they said 5 July. They just kept refusing my refund requests. They did finally send it with a free sample I didn't want. So I waited a month in the end and got my products which I presume are genuine, but I will never shop here again. They are deliberately deceptive taking people's money for products they don't have but not declaring they aren't in stock, and lying about their refund policy. Completely unethical. I wish I had read these online reviews beforehand. Lesson learned. Good luck to you. Shop elsewhere.
