The bast collection of perfume was the best part for me. And the fragrance was also very light and premium.

Do not give these scammers business!!!

I placed my order and they took my money immediately. After that? One vague email about a shipping delay, followed by complete radio silence.

Six weeks later, I had to chase them up myself because they clearly weren't going to provide any meaningful update. That was the beginning of an endless cycle of copy-and-paste customer service responses that achieved absolutely nothing.

I've now requested a cancellation and refund around 10 times. They even acknowledged my cancellation request, yet they still haven't processed it. It's now been 10 weeks - order has never been dispatched, but they're apparently more than happy to keep holding onto my money 🤷‍♀️

Every interaction has been the same generic replies, no accountability, no urgency, and no actual resolution. Just BS excuses for the delays. It's like talking to a brick wall.

A reputable business doesn't take a customer's money, fail to send the goods, then make them beg for weeks to get it back. I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and lodging complaints with consumer authorities because I've completely lost confidence that this company has any intention of resolving the matter.

Do yourself a favour and buy from literally any other retailer...

I paid for 4 different perfumes, I have waited for 7 weeks and asked for a refund 5 times, they refuse to refund me and takes them 2 days to answer an email, it’s a scam! Do not buy from this company.

Dropshipping scam, will claim shipment delays due to war in middle east. Yes same excuse everytime. Ordered 3 items from them, after repeated emails to their customer satisfaction department (which I came to know is AI operated, richpanel) I was given the option to replace the "hard to source" item. This choice was awarded a month and a half of daily emails to get a refund. After the replacement was promised "freebies" for my troubles but I reckon they were blown to bits in the middle eastern war. My order arrived nearly 2 months of placing it. Mind you I would have not ordered from the store had I known about the wait times or "pre-order" crap they peddle after you've placed the order which states a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after placing the order.

Great way to shop for authentic fragrances. I have found their products to be genuine and delivered on time. I have enjoyed shopping with them and will continue purchasing more.

Never buy anything from them. They don't have any item in stock and when you send an e-mail they always says they have an issue from middle East parcels and they say to every customer just google it and you will see it. When you ask for refund they just ignore and don't answer any email.

My Perfume Shop Australia is selling all perfumes at a reasonable price. This time I bought Verbena from Monotheme. This perfume is just right for daytime, crisp and fresh. I will buy it again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, immediately contacted via WhatsApp to cancel and reorder what I needed, got a reply asking for the details of the order and once I sent a reply, ignored.
Sent through a cancellation request, declined. All immediately after purchasing, which to any normal company shouldn’t be an issue. A money hungry business is never going to be profitable.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order on the 9th of June and after two weeks with no updates, I contacted the company myself. I was then told my items were “pre-order” — despite this not being stated when I purchased — and the website description appeared to be changed afterwards.

The order missed the estimated delivery timeframe, and after multiple emails I was repeatedly told it would be shipped soon while they were waiting on stock from the Middle East. I only received a response after lodging a dispute through Zip Pay, who contacted the company on my behalf.

Even then, only 1 of the 3 products I paid for was sent, and my follow-up emails regarding the missing items have now been ignored. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolutely love this perfume shop! The prices are amazing—far better than many other places—and the range of fragrances is incredible. We were so impressed with the selection and had no trouble finding exactly what we were looking for. The perfumes are authentic, beautifully presented, and there are options for every taste and budget. This has definitely become our go-to place for perfumes. I’m really happy with the perfume and the recommendation I got from the site by Google search. I wanted that item with heavily discounted prices. The product description and customer reviews gave me enough confidence to order without needing to ask anything.

I was cautious at first but once I placed my order the communication was great. Discount was a bonus huge range and delivered in a timely manner with comms. Will use again
