I would like to thank Nicole for her outstanding customer service throughout my recent order.
Unfortunately, there were some unexpected stock availability issues with one of the fragrances I had ordered, and a few replacement options were also unavailable. However, Nicole was incredibly patient, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
She kept me informed every step of the way, took the time to discuss my concerns with management, arranged an additional store credit as a goodwill gesture, and even offered to personally check stock availability for my future orders. She also ensured my remaining order was shipped promptly.
Excellent customer service like Nicole's is hard to come by these days. I'm so grateful that she genuinely cared about helping me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to find a solution. Her kindness, empathy, and communication made all the difference.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with My Perfume Shop. I ordered a fragrance that appeared to be in stock, only to be told after purchase that it was on backorder. Over several weeks I received repeated emails with changing explanations and offers to swap the product, accept store credit, or continue waiting. I requested a refund multiple times, but it was continually delayed with reasons such as waiting for the finance team or asking me to follow up later.

I eventually had to dispute the transaction through my bank before the matter was resolved. The lack of clear communication, the repeated delays, and the difficulty obtaining a refund meant I had to dispute the transaction through my bank before the matter was resolved. The way my order and refund were handled left me feeling disappointed and I wouldn't purchase anything from this business again.

Despite the delay in delivery, I was kept informed and the customer assistance team were fast and efficient with their response. I have shopped twice through this company and will continue to do so for not only the quality of product but also the quality of service.

While there was a longer-than-expected wait for my order due to delays in stock arrivals, likely as a result of the situation in the Middle East, the customer service was exceptional. The team I dealt with was friendly and understanding. They also helped me explore other options, and I decided to choose a different item rather than wait for my original order. On 24/05/2026 I ordered several perfumes and samples. Some were preorders but I was fine to wait. It's now 11/07/2026 and I still haven't received the perfumes or an update. I emailed them in June to find out what had happened but never received a response. I get spammed from them asking for reviews. They offer people prizes for 5 star reviews so don't trust all the 5 star reviews they have. Terrible company.

Ordered a fragrance with an estimated delivery window that passed by weeks without any shipping update.

After following up, I was told there were supplier delays and that the item was effectively being treated as a pre-order, despite there being no indication of this at the time of purchase.

I repeatedly requested a refund before dispatch, but the order was shipped anyway.

Communication was polite, however the lack of transparency regarding stock availability and the handling of my refund requests made for a very disappointing experience.

Buyer beware. Any savings compared with other retailers simply were not worth the stress, delays, and poor communication.

My reasonable requests were repeatedly ignored, and I was left feeling that customer concerns took a back seat to getting the order out the door.

Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this retailer again.

The fragrance selection made it easier to compare different scents before choosing one that matched my personal preference.
