I was sent multiple choices, made comments and requested changes, then received a perfect proof. Within the time window I needed, I received a perfect piece of art. A gift for my husband, he was thrilled to have such a fun portrait of our dog, Amish. Our 2-year-old grandson was the first to spot the portrait and announced, “It’s Amish!”

Quick turn around time. Responsive to requests for edits. Beautiful print. Very life like.

I couldn't be happier with the results. You're able to make edit requests and are not rushed to settle upon the final image. Go for the largest size that will fit up front... you won't be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about this company. Beautiful product, packaged extremely well and shipped quickly. The customer service was the best, as I wanted a custom size and we went back and forth on different styles. They communicated with me promptly every time. Would totally recommend.

The whole process was a complete disaster. The proofs they sent looked nothing like the pictures in the advertisements. It looked like they just took a background and slapped a picture of my dog on top of it. I literally had 18 iterations going back and forth and they kept doing pretty much the same thing despite my detailed instructions and repeated contact with customer service. I finally gave up and requested a refund. They refused to give a full refund and only gave me a 70% refund which took 3 weeks to process. The entire process from start to finish took over 3 months. I was initially very excited and couldn't wait to see my completed project however I would definitely not recommend this company.

Pic was provided, but was not used for Portrait I got. Seems as if a "Stock" photo was used to make product. Coloring on dog was not even close.

Perfection!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it! My beloved girl passed away and I’ve been devastated. This tribute to her is just right. They captured her look perfectly. Though I love the colorful backgrounds they do, I went with a more simple background to match other art on my wall. My Pet Canvas was so easy to work with, quickly responsive to inquires and revisions, and professional and kind. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and finished product. Would purchase again! Highly recommend!

The end product was good however my initial purchase was on 1st Dec 2024 and final delivery was in March 2025.
It took so long to get a likeness I almost lost heart.
I wasn't happy that I couldn't talk to a real person. Trying to convey the changes required was difficult when you have to describe in writing.

From start to finish Exceptional service! I've wanted abstract paintings of my bebe dogs for years..just to picky. Although they aren't paintings they are awesome! We are all Very happy! Many compliments already and many friends wanting to order. The customer service was great at working in getting our 1 eyed dog just right. Even allowed us to send new photos. It's all in the communication. They were always quick to respond and once I approved the portraits they had them to me that week!! I was pleasently surprised!

Placed order beginning of Feb. for a valentines gift for my wife. No proofs were sent. I started contacting them and was told they couldn’t find my order. I advised them my credit card was hit for the charge so you must have my order. They finally sent proofs which were horrible. I then asked for a refund and was told they keep 30% of the order. I agreed and put it in writing “please issue refund”. Still no refund given so I contacted their customer service again and was told there was a technical problem and I would be issued refund in 7-10 business days. Still no refund. On 3-17 I contacted them again and was told they were waiting on me to approve or deny the proofs??? So now they are playing a cat and mouse game with me and holding on to my 70% refund. Also, if you notice their ads state 100% satisfaction guarantee. I can’t only say buyer beware, I would not recommend doing business with My Pet Canvas!

The process was really easy and the canvas of our pet turned out amazing!!!

They took care producing proofs and then when I settled on one the picture arrived in perfect condition very speedily. I love the final result.

Terrible from start to finish.
Pictures don’t look like my pets
Got told I would be charged 30 % cancellation fee.
I had a couple of revisions and just as I thought one picture might be good I asked for it to be horizontal your messages have stopped.
I missed giving my husband his birthday present.
I’m $500 out of pocket with nothing to show from it.
This is an AI company with very little human artistic work.
Truly aweful.

I never write reviews but they did so well I picked colors and sent like tooo many pictures and the adjustments made were just right it’s stunning huge I got biggest one and love it, so extra of us pet parents love it haha 🐶 even my doggie went up to the portrait and sniffed it like she knew it was her doodles are too smart lol!
