They worked with me until I felt the painting looked exactly like my dog. I am very happy with the final results.

The final product is fantastic. I ordered the 40" x 40" canvas so this is BIG. I complicated matters by changing the delivery address immediately after ordering. Then, I didn't like the first proofs (you got 4 options). So I sent MORE photos of my pet to capture just the right "attitude" (he was always a little worried looking and that was part of his personality) and My Pet Canvas artists got him just right. He passed away at 17 and my family loves this memorial to him.

the first draft was not good but i left comments and the second draft was so much better that we ordered 2 additional pieces for my kids’ homes

I LOVE my dog’s “portrait.” It’s in a place of honor in my home. The entire purchase from start to finish was professionally managed and the final outcome is perfect.

I love this company! I sent several photos of my pup...they gave me several options. I decided to pick a pair but no 2 were perfect together. I asked that they change background on one to match the other better. They sent proofs back right away. I made my selection and my canvases were delivered within a week. They are fabulous...of course my sweet pup makes me smile every time I walk past that room.

The My Pet Canvas artists worked diligently revising the artwork to my satisfaction. I had an original photo, but they also used other images/photos to correct some of the features. They were patient and provided a new cherished remembrance of our fur baby.

Sent in some photos of my dog. Let them create the image. Had some tweaks for the background and then they printed and shipped it :) I paid for the extra shipping to make sure the package was delivered well by the carriers. Will order again!

The company did a good job of revising and landing on a decent image of our dog, but the quality of the print (we got a 30x30 print) was awful. The resolution was poor, so the image was soft and pixelated. The canvas quality is cheap / flimsy. The frame is very poor quality, soft wood that was already coming apart in the corners.

Overall, VERY disappointing- considering we paid almost $500 for this framed print.

Then, to make things worse, when I went back to explain my disappointment and see what could be done - they cynically thanked me for my concern and told me there was nothing they could do for me.

The images on the website are fun - but just know that you are seeing only the best results, and you will be disappointed by the poor quality of the prints.

Tempted to give one star, but I’ll give them two for their initial customer service. But very poor product!

The guys at My Pet Canvas are awesome! Not only are the prints great, their service is exceptional. I ordered three different prints, each one going through a number of proof reviews until I was satisfied - no questions asked. With the crazy lead up to Christmas (I had ordered two as gifts), one of the prints was sent in the wrong sizing. I contacted them and they were extremely accommodating, expediting another print (free of charge) expressed to me within 2 days. Suffice to say, I am very happy with my prints, and the two gifts were received extremely well by recipients, they were quite emotional with such a thoughtful gift of their pets! Thank you MPC!

Wanted a portrait of our Ethel for my husband's birthday. I sent in only one photo, and they replied right away with 4 abstract options. I picked one and began the back and forth on making slight corrections. Soon enough, we had an amazing likeness of Ethel. As it was a birthday present, we opened the package in front of a bunch of friends. Their reaction was PERFECT. It was an awesome moment. My advice is to take as many emails as it takes to get the proof just right. Totally worth the effort.

I even made a mistake with my order and the customer service department took care of fixing the mistake quickly and easily. I received the proofs quickly and the edits were made. I received the finished product on time and it is beautiful! Can't say enough good things about the experience!
