MPF Europe Reviews

Can I say what a fabulous company this is
My picture arrived but was put in a position where the dog chewed it .
After letting the company know about this they reprinted me a new picture
Absolutely amazing
Thanks

The amazing artists that create these portraits are just amazing and incredibly talented. I ordered one to mark 5 years after loosing our little Yorkshire Terrier Wotsit and I now look up at the walls and think she’s there it’s so realistic. People think it’s just a photo until you get up close and can see it’s a realistic drawing. Very clever and will order again!

Received and looked lovely, will be getting a matching one soon

The product itself was lovely though I would have preferred it to be more centralised and not at the bottom with a large space at top.
The reason I have given 3 stars is due to the length of time it took to arrive, I would have given it 2 but a star was redeemed when they ran out of frame size I wanted and was given a free upsized one

A most wonderful picture created by an equally wonderful company, correspondence was great, and delivered in time for Christmas!!
Thank You 😊

Came after Christmas when I’d ordered 5 weeks before. Sent both pictures when only asked for one to come for Christmas (which it didn’t) and the other to be amended.
Avoid, rubbish service!!!!!

Very good happy with how it came out. Arrived in perfect condition and in reasonable time

Excellant service came on time. Well packaged

Great service and my partner was very happy with it as a Christmas gift. Easy to use and great quality end product.

Thank you

Amazing portrait of Millie who we lost before Christmas aged 15, the picture is fantastic and we were emailed to see what the finished picture would look like for our approval. It was delivered when said and wrapped brilliantly. A 5 star service.

Excellent quality and constant communication. 5*

Great quality picture.this was a gift and it Looked exactly like my brother dog.

Awsome creation of my 3 furbabies, my wife loved this as her xmas prezzy.

Bought as Christmas present for my fiancee,it brought tears of joy

The picture was fantastic, exceeded my expectations and made a lovely present for my partner.

I love my picture more than words can say... Every detail was perfect.. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my wife.. The painting was off my dog marly who sadly passed not so long ago, and when my wife opened it there wasn't a dry eye in the house.. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank u 👌

Outstanding service. Was very pleased with final proof we approved and was a much loved gift this Christmas.
Thankyou all very much.
Will use you again I'm sure.

Fantastic customer service, quick delivery and lovely drawing. Only downfall would be the gap between the three dogs as one looks beheaded. But the drawing itself is brilliant.
