Extremely disappointed with the customer service, it’s non-existent. I have messaged on Instagram and got nowhere, and emailed, and still have no response! Not received my drawing in the post and nothing has been done about it. It’s such a shame as this was my 4th time ordering. Will not be ordering from here again after this experience.

Honestly terrible service. I received my portret and wanted to do some changes, after this I didn’t hear back from them at all. Already send 2 e-mails about wanting to cancel the order but they just don’t respond.

Terrible. They took money out of account and then radio silence following that. Got the money back from Amex. Might be a scam.

All good at first and received proof within 24hrs & approved. After that did not receive any updates as to progress and when picture would be dispatched, I had to chase and update I received wasn’t very helpful. Arrived just under 2 weeks. However, the artwork is beautiful and looks just like my beautiful bunny. I would recommend buying your own frame as the one supplied was cheap and had a few scratches on it.
All in all very happy with picture but keeping customer updated needs to be improved.

Ive place my order for more than 12 days ago, PAID, and so far I have absolutely nothing, no news, no picture to review, no answer, NOTHING!!!

Ordered 2 frames for my friend whose boy has recently gone over the rainbow bridge. Both pictures are beautiful and she absolutely loves them. He was a very handsome boy and they have captured that perfectly with the drawings. It’s made a broken hearted dog mummy smile again

I placed my order on Tuesday and was kept up to date with what was happening. I approved the artwork on Wednesday, item was dispatched Friday and I received it this morning (Saturday). I bought a framed portrait for my mum as a gift for mother's day of her dog who had passed away. Mothers day isn't until the 10th of March but I couldn't wait to give her it so I let her open it early. She opened it and fell in love with it immediately. Thank you so much My Pet Frame. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company! Kept me informed every step of the way and my picture is gorgeous!!! I will definitely be ordering again!!!

I ordered to have my 4 dogs drawn as an Xmas present for my partner I sent the pictures through then got an email saying 3 dogs max but they could only include extra for additional £8 was quite happy with that sent the extra money I then received 2 sets of proofs I had to reject as they only had 3 dogs on each time I
Put in the comments I’m supposed to have 4 dogs in they were slow each time so
In the end they ran out of time for Xmas and I had to buy my partner something else
Never heard anything so started emailing they sent me another proof through it was awful the 4 dogs were jammed together along the bottom of the picture with loads of
Space above plus the names of
The dogs weren’t in the right order I was so sick by now I rejected the 3rd proof and decided to cancel …. I paid £90.90 I then received a partial refund with £19 taken off I mailed and asked why got a reply it’s the cancellation fee it says on our web site the only reason I was cancelling was because of how bad they treated me for gods sake this company is appalling don’t touch them if they try to take this post down I have every email and proofs I rejected plus mails and dates I received them and will just continue to post everywhere about how bad they are

Wow, wow, wow! Talk about perfect service, this was it. I ordered the 50x70cm, 3 dog portrait from My Pet Frame the week before Christmas, so I knew it was a long shot getting it on time for Christmas Day, but accepted that it might arrive late. No! From ordering this fantastic portrait to it arriving in my home, 1 week! And like I said, the week before Christmas too. I did my homework and read reviews before ordering, and I understand people are entitled to their opinions, but some of the poorly scored reviews really are way off the mark in my opinion. From the first email I sent, and there were 4 in total, I had replies to each of them within hours of sending them. The team at this place were so helpful, and changed the order of my pets names for me FREE of charge too, so no sign of anything untoward, as previous reviews stated. The portrait itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring two of our pets who are no longer with us, and our beautiful Dobermann Leo, all now together on one photo for the first time ever. The realistic drawings of each of them are 100% our dogs. I wouldn’t have accepted anything less. Also proving that this Company DO use the actual uploaded content which is sent in, and NOT ready made specific dog breed photographs, again as some review mentioned!! I feel like I am defending this Company, and I suppose I am to an extent, but I just wanted to give both my experience of using this service and put it out there for others to feel safe using them too, as clearly some incorrect information has been put onto this fantastic review site about them. The portrait was wrapped so well, the postman dropped it accidentally (I have video footage) and not a mark was on the portrait, due to it being packaged really really well. I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about My Pet Frame whatsoever, and I would like to thank all of you working there, for creating a truly beautiful portrait for my wife and I to enjoy. Lousy (close to no) service, ugly drawings and high additional costs for non payment (despite the fact that the goods weren't received). They do not fulfil the promise on the website at all! Surely NOT recommended

Absolutely love our new pictures of our girls. My Pet Frame were amazing. Proofs came through quickly, followed by a speedy delivery. Unfortunately our frames arrived damaged but I had a reply from the team within 20 minutes and replacement frames arrive a week later. Highly recommend. Thank you !

Happy with the picture but paid extra for it to be framed. The frame was damaged when it arrived. Emailed the company and they replied quickly stating they would send another frame. This was the beginning of September and still no replacement. I’ve bought my own frame. Emailed the company again a couple of days ago and now not responding. So disappointed with the customer service.

I bought this as a gift for my parents of their Great Dane, it captured her character perfectly and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The preview was very quick (but did go into my spam email folder so keep an eye on that) and delivery was reasonably speedy as well. I didn't make any changes so can't really comment on that side of their customer service.
Overall I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again soon for pictures of my own dogs.

Absolutely terrible looks nothing like the original picture I sent, I have asked to change a photo of one of my dogs as they said if I wasn’t satisfied you could change multiple times, no mention of £9.95 extra for changing
Realy unhappy this was for my husbands birthday and unfortunately by the time they have resolved this it will be too late, quick to take money and want more money….

Received the print today of my gorgeous dog we lost a couple of months ago. It is amazing. Thank you so much.
