Overall satisfactory, efficient moving, quick and on time. Movers pretty friendly too.
They did lose one box during the moving, could have been more serious depending on the missing box, little bit of an inconvenience.

Dishonest, horrible and that's the good news
I hired **Piece of Cake Movers** for a recent move. The crew was led by an individual identified to me as “Zazlov” (spelling may be incorrect).
During the move, my desk chair was broken. When I raised it, the crew leader told me the damaged part had already been glued. I inspected it immediately and saw no glue or prior repair. His statement was simply a lie.
They also broke a wheel on another item. When I asked how this would be handled, I was told I should remove the remaining wheels and that the item was “cheap anyway.” No effort was made to repair or take responsibility for the damage.
The overall conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful. The crew leader’s tone and manner were confrontational and, at times, physically intimidating in a way that appeared designed to discourage me from challenging the situation.
There were additional issues, but these examples capture the nature of the experience.
I would avoid this company.

It was my first time using a moving company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire crew made the process smooth, convenient, and highly efficient. They handled all of my belongings with great care, ensuring everything arrived in the same condition as it was before packing.
Mariah, the coordinator, was also incredibly helpful. She provided clear and detailed explanations throughout the entire process, making everything easy to understand and stress-free.

Have you ever dealt with they just know what they are doing and the job is done to perfection well that is what I experienced. The process was messy from the beginning but they finished it off with the cherry on top! Plus the price was right!

EXCELLANT MOVERS!!!
The movers were not only on time but early (their arrival window was 7 am- 9 am and they were at my house at 6:45 am. I appreciated this tremendously because I had so many other things to do that day!!!
So, we were completely finished with the move before 9:30 am.
They were also extremely professional and knowledgeable (Moving is so stressful anyway but they were able to answer all the questions that I had for them and made me feel very relaxed.) and made the move very easy for me!!!
I would definitely recommend Piece of Cake Moving to anyone that is going to be moving!!!

It’s called “Piece of Cake” for a reason!
This was my first time hiring movers and my mind is blown. The staff (Justin and Zoe) who helped me book the movers was beyond patient and helpful as I made a million changes and asked even more questions. They walked me through how things worked and the services they offered. On moving day the crew reached out and asked if they could come a little early (I wish I got their names) and let me tell you, they packed, wrapped, secured all my things up and down 3 flights of stairs with ease. They were so kind and pleasant and I’m glad I went with Piece of Cake. On my next move I’m not lifting a finger, they’re worth the price to remove the stress and hassle of moving. 10/10 absolutely would recommend!!!!
