THE WORST APP EVER. Nowhere and I mean nowhere there is the option to cancel your membership. From the first day I already tried to cancel my membership, but its not even between my app memberships, so I couldn’t cancel it there. On their site they don’t give you te option to do so, the only way to reach out to them is via a contactform that’s not being responded to. In the meantime they are just debiting my card for membership costs. How is this even allowed?

Site shown up in subscription in the first place I emailed as they attempted many times my card they said I don’t have an account well funny that coz my card got debited right away rude company that clearly needs to review there software and manners
Tried free trial we’ll actually there’s no free trial they charged me straight away I emailed them tried to cancel anything they had signed me up to impossible you can’t cancel
So I emailed them no response so i contacted my bank to stop any further payments. SCAM DO NOT USE!!!
I cancelled straight after signing up for free trial and received notification under my subscriptions on iphone that it was cancelled. I noticed I was still being charged so went to their website to cancel and sent them notPhone
Nothing happened. About 5 weeks in I received my first statement from them and was able to finally cancel through that. They finally credited two payments but charged for three Not recommended. The cure for my plant didn't work either. Wouldn't use again
I downloaded the App 4 days ago and wanted to have a go at their free trial and registered with my Apple ID. I was not able to cancel my subscription as it didn't appear in my Apple Subscriptions. I've emailed their customer service twice and only got an automated response. Yesterday my account was charged. I had to contact my bank to request future payments to be blocked.
I downloaded the app to check condition of a plant, didn’t name the plant but said it was a weed. It’s actually a phlox. I cancelled the app straight away. 2 days later money taken from my bank. I emailed them asking them to cancel any payments that I had not agreed to. Following week more money taken from my bank. Only reply is an automated response. Sent another email today and a text via messenger.
