A 1 was as low as I could go, a 0 would be the number they are worthy of. I ordered two containers in 2018 when I want to UAE for work. In 2020, PODS informed me one of the containers was now gone. I badgered them repeatedly as to how one could lose a container. Miraculously. after 5 years. they find the container in the very place it started. They called me yesterday. They found the POD AND I now owe them $11,700 in back rent for the no longer missing POD. PODS is a total scammer company. Stay far away from these hacks.

I ordered a set of Mi-pods and they didn’t arrive. Contacted them and asked for postage information where I was informed they were posted via Royal Mail, tracked.This was not provided and refused to respond to emails.
I’ve requested a refund over a month ago and still not received a response.

This is a SCAM. DO NOT order from them. I ordered EarPods almost 2 years ago. I contacted them 3 times to see if they were being shipped out & was told all 3 times that they would be shipped in 2-3 weeks, which never happened. Then I emailed several times just requesting a refund & never received any replies.

I’d give less stars if I was able to. I have sent at least 8 emails to My Pods Support email they provided and had zero responses. They took ages to arrive, and go flat in less than an hour. The phone call function does not work, and poor sound quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CRAP!!!! They have more bad reviews than good, and it’s justified!!

Hi purchased a white pair of MyPods to replace the AirPods I had (lost the charging case). Worst decision! The MyPods fell apart after 3 uses.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have received no response to date.
Will Never be using this company again!

Received faulty Mypods. Poor sound quality, one has a dead battery, phone doesn’t ring while connected to them (even when they are turned off and in the case. I contacted the mypods company multiple times via email, Facebook, messenger and web form. I have received no response.
I’m now going to try to get a refund via PayPal.

Ordered 3 pair 2 received in 16 days, 3rd received in 20 days These are,REALLY NICE. I think Apple is trying out new colors new chip under different name. They come up AIRPODS when pairing. Maybe they left off serial numbers, magnetic earphones, etc so they could not legally be called Apple by anyone wanting to resell them??I was skeptical about it being a scam when it took so long to get them. They come from China..They are incredibly clear, Easy to pair and you can't beat the price.Absolutely love them. Beats others I have tried

The mypods are amazing! They look like the real apple airpods! No one will know that they are mypods. Very good product!
