Total disappointment!

14 days after I placed an order for a myPOS Fiscal Carbon, I still haven’t received the device. For the past 4 days I’ve been calling and messaging customer support, and they keep telling me they will check. Suddenly, it turns out they don’t have the devices in stock. I can’t open my business because I don’t have a fiscal device, thanks to myPOS. I’m incurring losses, lost profits, and I’m paying salaries and rent. I’m considering taking legal action for damages and lost profits if the issue is not resolved within 2 days.

Good product, but pricing experience feels a bit unfair

I’m new to myPOS and chose them based on positive reviews, along with what seemed like fair pricing for the unit, reliability, and transaction charges. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it felt reasonable.

So far, the unit itself has been easy to set up and works well, which is a great start.

However, what has really tainted my experience is what happened after I signed up. Within 24 hours of setting up my account and purchasing the unit, I received a call offering me the same device but with cheaper transaction rates than those advertised online. Because I had already made my purchase, I was told those rates were no longer available to m, unless I wanted to buy a second unit.

As a small business, the savings might seem minor, but they do add up over time. What’s most frustrating is knowing that better rates were available but not offered upfront, and there was no clear indication to speak to an agent to secure the best deal.

Overall, the product itself seems solid, but the lack of transparency around pricing and offers has left a slightly negative impression.
