Outgoing Transfers Block
The onboarding process was smooth, and the platform looks promising. However, my experience has been significantly affected by the fact that outgoing bank transfers were blocked without any prior notification. I only discovered the issue when I attempted to make a transfer. I promptly submitted all the requested verification documents, but the restriction has still not been lifted and I have not received a clear timeline for resolution. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, as I would be happy to update my review once my account is fully operational.
