Very good user interface

It’s my first order so we’ll see what the delivery is like so then I can rate accordingly.

However, I saw an advert for getting a free metal shaker with first order but I don’t appear to be getting that.

I am disappointed for my last order. TBH, I checked out my purchase with 805 AED and surprised when I clicked to order it switched to 940 AED. This makes me upset and feel that i got spammed. This will determined my future orders.

Good quality low price. Hard to find without sugar anywhere else.

I have ordered and made a payment , while entered address details I have entered incomplete information which i corrected later in the application
I contacted the customer service to make sure the details are full and delivery would be at right place
I have approached the customer service the person was responding late and eventually not how and mentioned that once the payment is done no changes can be done
So my order is gone I did not expect that type of service . it seems like a scam

One of the best quality in protein I have ever used. All the proteins are so smooth and real in taste. So good to have my protein in my bucket.

Trying to set up an account was shocking. After numerous attempts of verifications I gave up and used guest checkout.

After ordering, there is no tracking. It said 2 working days then they answer saying 12 working days and the tracking is not working on their site

I’m very disappointed with your customer service and professionalism. I placed my order a few days ago and paid for something that I never received, even after almost 6 days of waiting.

It has been very frustrating and a waste of my time trying to communicate through online bots, and I don’t understand why only after 6 days and multiple follow-ups I finally received an email informing me that my order is out of stock.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like my refund processed as soon as possible.

In addition, I expect a call from someone in charge to address this situation properly and explain how this issue was handled.

I will never order from your brand again.

Not a consumer friendly company- no proper return policy. If you want to return you have to figure it out yourself and courier the products back to them on your own.
The iso whey made me feel sick, and I could not return the other products back due to the non-existent return logistics.

Paid for same day delivery and did not receive it. Unhappy.

don’t use this website they will scam you and take your money without your permission and when I ask for a refund, they not accept it’s mission one time use I pay for one time after a couple of days they take more 50$
