Terrible service never delivered on time , help support was awful as well still awaiting for product.

Product came hot while should be cool or at room temperature and they sent the inventory that is set to expire in 3 months

Delivery fees only charged later so looks like your paying less but in fact you pay more

High quality and best products. They have great flavor choices as well for all their products.

It would be helpful for an easy purchase if you revise delivery charges to the UAE. It will be more competitive in this market where online shopping is easy and budget-friendly.

My order arrived too hot even though it has the ice sticker on it, I don’t know if it still good to drink or not.
It shows that should be stored in 25 degree.

It’s my first order so we’ll see what the delivery is like so then I can rate accordingly.

However, I saw an advert for getting a free metal shaker with first order but I don’t appear to be getting that.

I am disappointed for my last order. TBH, I checked out my purchase with 805 AED and surprised when I clicked to order it switched to 940 AED. This makes me upset and feel that i got spammed. This will determined my future orders.

I have ordered and made a payment , while entered address details I have entered incomplete information which i corrected later in the application
I contacted the customer service to make sure the details are full and delivery would be at right place
I have approached the customer service the person was responding late and eventually not how and mentioned that once the payment is done no changes can be done
So my order is gone I did not expect that type of service . it seems like a scam

One of the best quality in protein I have ever used. All the proteins are so smooth and real in taste. So good to have my protein in my bucket.

Trying to set up an account was shocking. After numerous attempts of verifications I gave up and used guest checkout.

After ordering, there is no tracking. It said 2 working days then they answer saying 12 working days and the tracking is not working on their site

I’m very disappointed with your customer service and professionalism. I placed my order a few days ago and paid for something that I never received, even after almost 6 days of waiting.

It has been very frustrating and a waste of my time trying to communicate through online bots, and I don’t understand why only after 6 days and multiple follow-ups I finally received an email informing me that my order is out of stock.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like my refund processed as soon as possible.

In addition, I expect a call from someone in charge to address this situation properly and explain how this issue was handled.

I will never order from your brand again.
