I recently ordered a product that was…
I recently ordered a product that was advertised as being imported from the UK; however, I received a product manufactured in India. I would appreciate clarification regarding this discrepancy.
Additionally, I was unable to find any batch-specific testing certificate for the product. A recent independent study has also indicated that certain protein supplements manufactured in India may contain lower protein content than the labelled value and may include potentially harmful metals or materials.
Considering that Myprotein products are priced higher compared to many other supplements available in the Indian market, I expected a higher level of transparency and quality assurance. It is also concerning that there does not appear to be batch-wise testing information available for your supplements.
I kindly request clarification on:
Why an Indian-manufactured product was supplied instead of the UK-imported product.
Whether batch-specific testing and quality certificates are available for this product.
I look forward to your response and clarification on these matters.
