The small pack of protein was broken and it was full of the protein powder in the box that carried the products.
Even if it free, I lost one product and the box was really disgusting.
You should think and take the better way to deliver.

Would give a minus if I could absolutely shocking customer service..placed order was told itvws but if stock but woukd be back in stock in a few days ..payment was taken...order was then cancelled..still showing as dispatched on my orders..was then told it had been posted...only then to be told payment was never taken and PayPal are lying about payment being taken..screenshot taken to prove this conversation...and been told over last 12 days that it woukd be sorted within 48 hrs ..no phone line all online and your on hold around half hour before someone actually types back...honestly stick with BULK ..this company is awful takes your money and basically zero customer service and then they write on here saying how sorry they are and to reach out to them..which i duly did and guess what SAM ..same automated reply saying its being looked at ..2 weeks after taking payment and still no order !!!!

This company frequently holds sales and sends out a massive volume of emails, yet whenever I actually visit the sale page, I’m finding more and more often that the products I’ve purchased in the past are out of stock. I believe they should ensure their inventory is fully stocked before bombarding customers with emails and launching sales. Holding sales out of habit when products aren’t in stock will only lead to a loss of customer trust.

The description of customs duties is too difficult to understand. If you don't let me know before ordering, I won't notice. All the discounts were offset by customs duties and delivery company fees, resulting in the same amount as a normal purchase in Japan.
