Good Products, Poor Customer Service

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year. Their products are very good and I would give 5 stars for their products.
As this is a review on the company themselves, they only deserve 1 star.
Customer service is very poor. You receive a standard response. They are unable to chase orders but only tell you what is on their delivery companies website. They use HERMES! Ordered some products, did not arrive so placed another order as they were dragging their feet. That one again did not arrive so placed a 3rd order.
All of a sudden order 2 arrives, then order 3, then after 2 weeks of ordering order 1, that too arrives.
Spent over £100, My Protein offered £5 compensation!
You cannot speak to anyone, only through email.
With all these companies offering protein goods, I will now take my business elsewhere. Awful customer service.

First time of using Myprotien and never again ordered 18th Sept, still waiting (11th Oct)

First time of using Myprotien, ordered my products 18th September and all I keep being told is its on its way, the warehouse are dealing with it.

Today is 10th Oct. Next week I will have waited a month for my order. Advised I would like a refund now and was told thats not possible as its now in process?

26th Sept, chased, was advised-
Thank you. I have raised this with the warehouse team to look into, we will have an update for you soon.

1st October - chased again, reply was-
We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience, I'm sorry to say that in this situation there is not a lot I can do. We have already received confirmation by our warehouse team that they are trying to fix things.
What I can say is that it should be despatched very soon, and when it does you will receive an email and you should hopefully receive your products

10th October I am still waiting so off to Which and Trading Standards tomorrow to report them. I am a bit baffled at the 'not a lot we can do'? and 'hopefully it will arrive'?

Not sure why companies think it's ok to to operate like this?

Reliable Quality

I have ordered from Myprotein a number of times and the dispatch and delivery is usually very swift and I usually receive the items within a few days or purchasing! There has been a few products that I haven't been a fan of but that comes down more to preference than the quality of the product, throughout all my previous orders there is only one product (a water bottle) that I wasn't happy with quality wise but it was a free extra so who can complain really! I will continue to purchase from this brand as it has aided me towards my goals!

Poor service & no delivery

Poor service, shipment delayed for a week and only advised it had been "lost in transit" when contacting the company.

Personally I will stay clear as they are using Hermes as a courier service. I am still to this day to receive a package from Hermes.

I placed an order on 5th May and I have not received anything. Their customer service is appalling and they have sent me email reply’s that are generic and do not answer my request for my refund etc and my earlier request for information about my order and it’s whereabouts.
I appreciate this is a strange time with Covid 19 but their customer service is dreadful and I still no order received.
I will NEVER order from them again and will go back to the other companies I have been using.
If you can order elsewhere I suggest you do as I have never had any other problems or difficulties with any other company.

I have used these guys for a while now…

I have used these guys for a while now and I’m very happy with their products and their services.
They always have deals on Aswell which is a plus 😊 and I love that they have such a good range of protein powder flavours. Best tasting protein powder I’ve found so far! And their customer service is great Aswell! I received some peanut butter a while back and the tub was broken so they sent me another pot free of charge! Thank you my protein 😊

Poor customer service

This review is mostly based on my past order experience. Over the years quality of the service and customer support has been getting worse.

I placed an order and it took over 2 weeks for it to reach me. I understand Covid19 is to blame but when a parcel is listed as lost on the royal mail tracking number surely a customer should be offered a refund or for them to resend the order.

I had to wait over two weeks for the parcel to reach me and oh surprised it arrived completely smashed with missing products. This is mostly due to Royal Mail but MyProtein should help regardless. As I needed product quick and couldn't wait for the "lost" parcel to arrive I placed an order with a better company. I now ended up having lots of spare products from my protein as they make it impossible for you to return anything to them with an old return system from the past.
Any response from the support also take around 2 to 3 days which doesn't help.

Will never use again.

Good for students, nice flavours.

I got fast delivery and I would say their proteins taste nice. The vegan proteins are on the grittier side but thats due to processing and is very common. Not my favourite proteins but great student discounts so you cant get better prices than most other proteins on the market.

Sold me returned item as new

I ordered a Baked Cookie from this company, and they clearly sent me a returned item. The box did not have any protective plastic wrap unlike the other items I have ordered, the box was weathered down and cookies were crammed inside the box carelessly. I asked for a refund, but they refused to without a clear rationale. I do not recommend.

I have to say the friendly and obliging manner was second to none and so was her helpfulness and enthusiasm with her work. Great til things go wrong then customer service useless

Used many times and ok but can honestly say as soon as things go wrong, in my case delivery they are totally useless take too long to respond on email and need to call. Two weeks gone and no delivery! Not expecting it any time soon. And worst or all not one appology. Very poor my protein back to monster supplements for me.....

Excellent customer service from Zoe at My Protein today following a damaged parcel. ... a pouch had split open in transit so not technically a my protein error . Zoe responded to my email very quickly apologising and arranging a replacement and delivery of the damaged product .. I’m very happy with the quick reply and resolution to the problem
