Had a lost parcel not there fault useless bloody courier! But everyone I spoke to was on top form not one rude person which is strange when you are complaining to a company But josh was the one who sorted the problem in the end 👍 5 stars for professional service top lad

Helpful and approachable. I ordered some stuff from here and it arrived in a box that had been kicked from one end of the street to the other ( Im looking at you Yodel). I rang my protein and they where very helpful and apologetic even though it clearly wasn't their doing. The waited on the line while I checked each product and again offered every apology as well as talking me through an alternative to the Yodel delivery option.
Fantastic from start to finish.

Finally my orders got delivered to me.. Thanks Tom for explaining to me that shipping could take up to 21 calendar days to get my orders to me.. I did not expect it to be that long but thanks Tom, you are a gem!

I think i would have order 2 - 3 weeks before it runs out..

Ordered five items, received four sent individually drip fed over two weeks! i was constantly going back and forth to the depot to pick up missed parcels. then realised one never turned up, i complained and asked where it had gone and got told it was too late now, nothing they could do!!! Never again useless

The whey protein is very good. The vits were a bit overpriced. Overall, good service and always a good timely delivery.

I left a quite held back review in my last one, been beyond patient but it's gone beyond a joke at this point. Myprotein messed up my order and sent me out two boxes of the same items. Got in touch with them the same day and I was told although it was not my fault I would had to make it my business to send the box back (although I believe it was bad form, the next day I did so, returned the order and followed every step required from me). I was told the day they receive their parcel back I would get a refund within 3-5 working days. Until this day I have yet to receive my refund. I have been chasing after the company, back and forth weeks now and keep getting told 'we processed the refund it'll show up by 48 hours max' after the duration of time they GUARANTEED ME had passed and I still receive no refund, they then change the story and say actually it'll take another few days for you to view it in your account. Today, the 29th of August was another day I was promised would be the day I'd have the refund LATEST for sure as they even confirmed to me they received their parcel back from me days ago, and guess what...no refund!!! Absolutely outrageous I've spent way too much time, energy and even money phone calling the MyProtein uk customer service team and even after following all the required steps I'm still here struggling to get my refund. Would recommend MyProtein to absolutely no one, outrageous customer service, clearly have no care for their customers at all.

THEY cheat Whit sending 2x ORDER, Dosent return right amont and more.. and costumer service is the baddest i ever have experienced! THEY hang up, and so On....

Protein taste is good and I recommend their products, also suggest to try it out the Vegan protein bar choc chips & vanilla as they taste amazing (so good they became an addiction now)
Had a few issues in the last order with the delivery and what looked like a missing parcel (never happened before - courier's fault tbh) and after a few calls to their customer service I finally got in touch with Regan who, in a few minutes, finally solved the issue!

Call with Daniel Lowe @ MyProtien to amend an order - he was super helpful and went above and beyond to figure out what the best steps moving forwards would be in terms of delivering the products I wanted. Very unusual to speak to someone that was very much on the customers side from the very start of the call - very positive experience, and should I need to speak to customer services again, i'd hope everyone had the good manners and friendly nature Daniel had!

It's okay, I wouldn't say the best but on the better hand delievly is good, came to my door within the 2 days as promised. It's a little expensive but it's gets the levels up so it's worth it

The product is great . I had a shipping issue - I am waiting to be rectified. But Brett CR for them was able to retain my confidence/business with his PR skills.

I cant give them 5* as their choices can be limited to those with milk intollerances or vegans. It was hard to find any vegan options but from a general stand point they have great flavours in the milk products.

I have tried their banana whey which is heavenly and their vanilla which is like a sweet cream!! Their coco is pretty good too but could do with more coco flavouring.

-Wonderful flavours and incredible prices at £25 per 2.5kg powder! but I wish they had more choice on unflavoured and vegan products.

My order went out the same day. Great price and doesn't taste too bad - for protein!

Placed order at 6pm Friday.
Free delivery on Saturday at 5pm.
Used the two items already and both are more than comparable to higher if not double the price proteins from other suppliers.
Will definately use again.

Had trouble placing order but the customer service team were quick and efficient in their responses and delivery was on time credit to the company they use - gym bag quality cheap but hey it's free and will come in handy

Me and my wife have been using my protein for years now and have found there is really no better, sometimes we have had delivery issues or things have been a bit chalky but in all we love the products.

Fast delivery, good range and discounts. Can't imagine buying from anywhere else.

Not had a bad experience with them. Always fast delivery and good products.
