Customer Service is excellent however the product has dropped in quality
For 1 year we have only used Pura nappies and had a great experience, no leaking, no nappy rash, nothing of the sort. However since they have changed their design, we had leaking because we didn’t realise the nappies came up smaller so had to go up a size (this was handled really well by the company & they sent us the nect size up no problems)! However what I’m really not happy about is the new elastic panel on the back of the nappy, which is glued on, loosens which movement & friction (my baby is now 1 and so is very much on the move!) which means the glue is revealed & sticks to her upper bottom/lower back & leaves a red mark. I feel I now need to find a new provider for the remainder of time she’s in nappies because of this, which is such a shame but they are not what they used to be!

We added this along with our new blowout blocker to help improve fit and protection against leaks however we're sorry again you're not having a good experience with this.

Mypura have very good customer service
Mypura have very good customer service. I have contacted them via email quite last minute yo change an order and they almost always have managed to sort things out. They also deliver quickly and efficiently. Their nappies are great.

Using the term 'holy poops' in emails…
Using the term 'holy poops' in emails is completely unacceptable to the Christian consumers
Nappies are soft but size 3s leak poop every time and pee occasionally
Due to that email and the leaking I will no longer purchase these nappies ever again

I love these nappies
I love these nappies. They are able to absorb a lot of moisture, and it is great to know our baby can thus avoid some dangerous substances at a relatively affordable price. Moreover, the company has a great return policy: all unopened nappy packages can be returned for a small charge. The Pura team manages this very swiftly, too. So I recommend this product.

I love MyPura nappies
I love MyPura nappies and used them with both of my boys. They are soft, comfy and are a fair price. I love that they have no nasties and that I am also supporting the environment. Delivery is rapid so my next batch always arrives before I run out.

Absolutely love Pura and so does my…
Absolutely love Pura and so does my baby. We made the mistake of using a popular brand from birth and it gave him horrible nappy rash. As soon as I discovered Pura nappies and wipes, I knew I had to try them. Within a week, maybe even less, his rash had gone and - touch wood - it hasn’t made an appearance since. Pura are amazing, highly recommended.
