Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 123 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that their regular bi-weekly payments barely reduced the principal balance, as the vast majority of funds went directly toward high interest charges. Borrowers additionally reported facing high fees, complex repayment terms, and automatic bank withdrawals that created frustration. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer service and communication, noting unhelpful representatives, unclear rate disclosures, and unwanted phone calls. Many people also mentioned continuous difficulties when trying to contact support agents or successfully resolve urgent issues regarding their active accounts.

SCAM COMPANY!! DONT GO HERE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst credit line ever! They scam you out of all your money with hidden fees and crazy other fees , they won't let you pay it off in full without tacking on a buttload of other fees. They agents are all money hungry and greedy and speak so quietly so they can sneak in the hidden fees and tell you that they "told you about them" save your money, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The person I spoke to was very unprofessional and just wanted my personal information and led me on a wild goose chase just for 1 answer.

Horrible horrible scammers

Horrible horrible scammers
I literally got scammed and wasted my time, these people got all my personal information over the phone and even sent me a contract to sign saying I was approved and I’d be funded the next day!!! Nothing, I call now all of a sudden they can’t answer!!! SHOULD I Change all my banking information and pray on my social security??!!?

received 4 phone calls back to back after receiving 3 text messages telling me i was 100% approved and just needed to call to verify it was really me applying for loan. I took the call and was once again told I was approved for $750 and id be receiving my confirmation email soon and funds would be available by 630pm. Come to find out i was not approved and transfered to a voicemail when I called. Pretty bad when you cant even put a person on the phone to explain why lying to potential customers is ok with them. Clearly just after people's info and hopefully wont be around too much longer. Don't fall for their lies and steer clear of this company 😲

I would advise anyone from going on…

I would advise anyone from going on their website. Myquickwallet proceeded with a loan without consent. After applying for a loan we did not agree with the terms and looked into other loans. The company deposited $500 in our account early March and started taking payments. I have not been monitoring my account as usual and didn’t notice initially. After contacting the company and letting them know they basically processed a loan without consent that are completely oblivious to the situation. Conversations are on going with no resolution and I want my bank information removed from their system. I’m sure that has to be a crime to proceed with a loan without consent from the person applying. After reading reviews they are notorious for scams. Of course every person contacted is foreign so there is also a barrier for understanding. A total mess!

I borrowed $950 from this company and…

I borrowed $950 from this company and have already paid approximately $1,071 through consistent bi-weekly payments. Despite this, I am still being told I owe nearly $800 due to excessive fees and finance charges that were never clearly explained in a transparent or reasonable manner.

Nearly all of my payments appear to have gone toward fees rather than meaningfully reducing the balance. In my opinion, these lending practices are predatory, misleading, and financially harmful to consumers who are already in vulnerable situations.

I have requested documentation and clarification regarding the balance and fee structure and will be pursuing this matter further through legal counsel and the appropriate consumer protection channels.

I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review the loan terms, repayment structure, and total cost before agreeing to anything.

Scammers

Scammers. Ask for your full social and all of your banking info. Promises customers a loan by 6pm then says you didn't qualify after getting your info and you only learn you didn't;t qualify after 6pm comes around and no funds and they say you didn't qualify. No e-mail denial letter. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Shady unethical legal mobsters

I requested two weeks ago via phone call that my ENTIRE remaining balance be charged today Friday May 1, 2026. MyQuickWallet incorrectly only charged the minimum payment. Furthermore, your webpage says telephone hours are 7 days a week from 8am to midnight EST, however, I attempted to call at approximately 7:30 PM and the automated message said that office is closed and only open Monday through Friday from 8-8 EST. Lastly, the account page doesn’t show full loan information nor does it even give an option to know what i owe, what my interest rate is, how much interest has accrued, or an option to pay my remaining balance. This is unethical.
