Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 123 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that their regular bi-weekly payments barely reduced the principal balance, as the vast majority of funds went directly toward high interest charges. Borrowers additionally reported facing high fees, complex repayment terms, and automatic bank withdrawals that created frustration. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer service and communication, noting unhelpful representatives, unclear rate disclosures, and unwanted phone calls. I applied for a loan that had unclear expectations. I was not under the assumption by talking to representative that my payment would be over 300$ and also the principal amount applied out of that 300 was only 10$towards my loan. The representative stated nothing of the sort. They take random amounts of money out of my account, different each payment and the principal remains the same. This is all done without my permission. They are misleading and untrustworthy.

Would give ZERO stars if I could

Would give ZERO stars if I could. They called my phone. Then they called a company that contracts with my employer. How they even got that number is beyond me!! I’ve never used it ANYWHERE, because it’s a contractor!! They called to tell me they had gotten this call and the woman made it sound urgent. Google the number and it’s a fraudulent company. How do they get away with this garbage? I called back to tell them to immediately remove my number from their call list. I knew as soon as I heard the voice that it was a scam. He just kept asking me over and over again for my SS # and telling g me he couldn’t help me without it. I wasn’t abt to give him that. He can deal with my attorney if they make another call.

This company is a scam...I got approved for 1000$ then they said they needed to speak with me before they could deposit the money so I go to call back and it says I was denied through a voice recording system it would not let me speak to actual person but just 5 minutes prior to that I gave all my information banking routing number card number all that good stuff and even signed a loan agreement I literally think we need to get a class action lawsuit going against this company because right now it appears that many people have been hurt and affected by this.

Misleading an unprofessional

So I called the number to request a credit lady was very nice and so since i'm a first time customer, she she was able to give me a $1000 credit. She even told me that I would get my money. The next business day, the day before? I'm supposed to receive this money. They sent me a email message saying that. They weren't able to approve me even though she got an approval over the phone when I was on the phone. So these people dipped into my credit even my credit BO Earl said that there was a new account open, and now all of a sudden, I'm not approved the day before the funds were supposed to be in my account unprofessionally. Please do not use these people because they'll say that you're approved for some money.
In this affects your credit
Please do not use these people.

I would put zero stars if I could

I would put zero stars if I could. I was also told that I could have $1000. I filled out the application online with all my information and they said to finalize it I needed to call. I called and they stated that they had to confirm everything so I basically redid the entire application over the phone. The guy kept talking over me and it was very irritating, but I wanted to finish the process. He said I would have a funds later that afternoon, or 6 PM the next day. That never happened. I called back had to go through the whole process again and got the same information as far as the deposit. It never showed up but online it still said I had $450 to access since I had only actually asked for $650. Then they tell me that the application was denied and I said I was never notified. Why didn’t you say anything or email? They said they sent something they never did. I told them to go ahead and cancel my file and to remove all my personal data. He said to get that done, I had to send an email within 24 hours which I did do. We’ll see if they comply with that. I asked for a confirmation once that is complete. Only one person from Customer Service there was nice. The rest were rude and kept talking over me and the more time I spent on the phone with them the fishier it felt. I’m glad I read these reviews and decided to cancel with them, regardless of whether they were going to fund the loan or not. SCAM!

Horrible and Illegal Practices! Stay Away!!!

Horrible! I revoked ACH authorization of both my checking account AND my debit card on March 5, 2026 and they put me on a “frozen payment arrangement” without my knowledge or consent AND withdrew $144.00 from my account on March 19, 2026! I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the FTC. When I spoke with Jennifer Collin’s on March 24, 2026, she stated they never got the email, so I sent it to the email address she provided to me and she said she saw my email from March 5, 2026, but couldn’t tell “who it was sent to” even though all of my emails are in the same chain to their customer service email. I never got a response from them and she said that the money would not be returned because it was withdrawn “correctly”. These people are HIGHLY deceptive!!!! I revoked any payments withdrawn and they still withdrew it on March 19. Per the ACH agreement, you have to revoke at least 3 days prior to payment. This was 2 weeks before and they still withdrew money I never authorized!!!!!! Stay away from them!!!! I don’t care how bad you need the money! Find another way! They are still refusing to give me back the $144.00 they illegally took!

My quick wallet is definitely a scam …

I got approved for a loan they took my social security number linked my bank account in ADP payroll account to them they told me the money will be in my account by the next morning I told them I looked online before finishing the application and I told them people said that they were scam and she convinced me how they work at scam and I've been approved for $350 I went through with the rest of the information next morning looked at my bank account it was still the same tried to call back the number that I called the day before got sent straight to a voice operated machine saying I was denied and I will get an email that I never got they take the one sent from your account to see if your account is active I know it's a scam because when I tried to call back I got sent to a voice operated machine but then I called from my other phone and they answered and I told them why isn't my phone number being answered after you received all of my bank information and payroll information she just sent there quiet on the phone still trying to convince me she's not scamming and I told her I canceled everything and let my ADP payroll provider know to be on the lookout for any change in my payroll account sent them all the numbers that they have online and that they text me from told my bank about them and she just got really quiet and never said anything she didn't even hang until I told her I told my payroll provider about them in my bank and I changed everything up then she cursed me out and hung up so they're definitely scamming if they have you on a block list once they receive all of your information you won't be able to get through from the number you call them from you would have to use a different phone this is how they get a lot of people's information and this is how they don't receive high car value because they block your number and send it to a voice automatic machine that's only after they get all of your bank and payroll information and your social security number so be aware of my quick wallet loans they're definitely stealing people's information don't fall for it they're very convincing in their website is too I don't see how some people on here even got a loan from them to be able to pay a loan back.

This company is garbage!

This company is garbage!! They told me over the phone that I was approved for an amount and would have it in my account later that night, or the next day. Then went ahead and denied me 2 days later after carefully reviewing my banking information. I would not suggest anyone use this company every if they’re that crooked giving a loan, I can o my imagine how bad it is after receiving one from them.

My Quick Wallet - This business is a sham

This business is a sham. Completely non compliant with Federal TILA regulations. I asked several times for terms of loan repayment to be disclosed to me, asked for them to be sent to me, asked what the interest rate was etc. requested terms were met with questions or other obfuscations and never provided. On one if the several phone calls I made trying to get this information I was told the interest rate was 30%_ which based on what I was finally told something of the repayment terms was clearly a lie. The last bit of information I was able to get was that they charge $30 for $100 financed. A $1500 loan would an interest only payment of $450 as the first payment and that payment would remain the same until the principle was paid down and that none of the $450 went to principle and payments would match my bi monthly pay dates. If you know anything of lending guidelines this is illegal. If you are a victim of this company, I urge you to file a complaint with the CFPB, and your local sheriff.

All they want to do is collect your info and make it seem like they are approving you then decline you. They don’t give reasons as to why and then when requested, they refuse to let you speak to their underwriting team. Scammers

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not give out your bank card information or account or routing number. They will take out more. I got approved for 650. Then they tell me I have to make 65 payments which is bullshit. I ask them to send me a email statement of all payments which they refused. Report this company. You dont know who your dealing with.
