AVOID AVOID AVOID

My claim started in august 2023 said it would be processed by November then December.

I’ve been chasing this since January my UTR code arrived and my self assessment are still outstanding.

I received an email and text today stating due to unforeseen circumstances they would not complete and all of my details have been removed.

I now have until may to file 3 years work if tax returns without penalties.

I have spoken to an accountant who has said these firms file fraudulent tax returns to get a 33% fee, this money will eventually have to be paid back to HMRC.

Don’t know how these ppl sleep at night doing this to hard working ppl AVOID AVOID IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS!!!!

I was contacted by right to refunds and after some time they told me I could not go ahead with my refund due to certain circumstances. A few months later I was contacted by Myrefunds. They called themself a sister company of right to refunds. I’ve since discovered it is exactly the same address as right to refunds they are the same people. Also known as zest refunds and easy refunds and whatever else.

My brother has tried to make a claim with Myrefunds. He is awating an SA code he has still not to received this even though it was only meant to take a few days.

He is trying to contact the company they don’t respond to emails. Do not answer the phone and it says the phone number has been terminated. They told him this would take 8-10 weeks it has now been 22 weeks. If my brother does not complete this tax return by May he will be charged.

Looking at other reviews for these companies people have ended up having to pay there refunds back including the charge this company takes off them also.

Avoid!

Honestly I was a bit sceptical at first as it was a bit of a random call that I received but every question that was asked, they answered and I did have a look to see if they were legitimate, which they were so I went ahead.
They did keep me updated throughout the claim and I did receive a letter from HMRC telling me the exact amount I will receive as they did mention on the phone. Honestly, they called me at the right time as I was in the process of moving and needed the extra money that I could get.
It did take roughly around 5 weeks for the whole process, but I got paid out more than what was estimated over the phone which was great. It just seems fantastic how they took care of everything! I literally had to just answer a few questions over the phone & everything else was taken care of.
I’ve recommended this company to my friends as well & they’ve also been paid out as well which is honestly amazing. They’ve helped not myself but people closest to me as well. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done.
