DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION I AM PAYING FOR EACH MONTH. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS ... EVEN IF THE DID SUPPLY THE INFORMATION THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO IT IS READILY AVAILABLE FOR ME TO GET IT MYSELF FROM THE SAME SOURCE THEY USE AT A COST OF £5 LESS THAN WHAT THEY CHARGE.

CANCELLING YOU'RE MEMBERSHIP IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE BELIEVE ME .CO.UK DOES NOT MEAN THIS COMPANY IS ANYWAY UK BASED. THE RECORDED MESSAGES ARE AMERICAN AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IT SOUNDS VERY MUCH THEY ARE IN A CALL CENTRE IN INDIA TRYING TO TALK WITH VERY BA AMERICAN ACCENTS.

MY ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CLOSED 10 MINUTES AGO WITH CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT .... AND I'M STILL AWAITING THE EMAIL!!!!!

Attempted fraud - disgusting service

Both myself and my partner decided to check our credit report.

We found myreport.co.uk via an internet search and it stated 7 days free if cancelled within the 7 day period. We both separately entered our details and gained access to our credit reports, it did ask for bank details but this seemed standard to other report services we had looked at (but never used). All good so far.

We both cancelled on the 13th two days prior to the 7 day limit. Cancellation was via a premium rate number (again standard and I would imagine a very healthy profit margin for the company). We received a ref number and a cancellation email.

On the 26th of the same month my partner while checking her bank account noticed that the company myreport.co.uk had taken £1 out of her bank account earlier that week plus had taken out £18.95 (shows payment to PRL Scores) out of her account that day. This is myreport.co.uk monthly charge for their credit report 'service'. I quickly looked at my own bank account and, no surprises, they had done the same to me.

We tried phoning them and explaining the situation and we were informed that we cancelled on the 15th and signed up again on the 17th. We hadn't and not surprisingly they couldn't provide any evidence that we had. Basically they had set up new accounts using our bank details that we had provided on the 13th.

My partner and myself were both promised full refunds. These were never received. The fraud department at our respective banks were informed. My own has refunded the money while they further investigate myreport.co.uk, my partners bank has not issued a refund as of yet but are also looking into the matter.

In summary, do not under any circumstances use this company. Not only did they set up reports using our details, take money from our bank account they also made no effort to refund the money.
