Great experience

Got my car from fusion...
Service was excellent, friendly and they are very positive. Thanks to AK, he delivered on all that I requested.
The only dealership that offers lifetime MOT... well done!

AK was very polite and friendly

AK was very polite and friendly. He did explain more details and to be honest I had a fair deal with Fusion Motors Limited. Fusion Motors are one in a million. I got my CH R delivered at my doorstep this morning.

Having bought a Ford ranger 2017 last…

Having bought a Ford ranger 2017 last August from them £15.500 65k miles and it broke down after a week and since then we've had lots of other issues with it, (yes we know they offered our deposit back but we would have been left in the middle of an industrial estate with no car no transport wife needed a car for work as they knew, had us over a barrel didn't even offer another car) anyway after yet another visit to a garage to rectify a problem we found out that the engine is not from a 2017 Ford ranger it is supposed to be an E6 engine and it's an E5 engine so dought it very much it's even done the correct mileage a much older engine is in it, as for the salesman blaming the independent service company they have the same directors when I looked up companies house shocking service, just take a qualified mechanic and properly find out the history of the vehicle if you visit this company

Total cowboys…

Total cowboys…
When I arrived the car was in the workshop as it had damage to the wheel arch… after driving 3hrs to collect the car and told it was ready for me I was told I’d have to wait 2/3 hours to wait for the repairs to even see the car!
Get the car home and the brakes seize with my children in the car despite having a new mot - obviously a dodgy mot.
Several other issues like chipped windscreen I didnt see before purchasing because the car was filthy. Had to request they hoover it before I got into it.
Needs windscreen wipers, charger cable don’t work, and still no logbook from dvla after a month.
So I contacted the dealer - salesman and aftercare I was basically ignored. Told to claim on the warranty, rude comments calling me childish and just basically no customer service. Excuses after excuses made, I’m still fighting this and I won’t be backing down, as a single mother this infuriates me how people think they can just rip you off when paying 20k for a car that’s not safe!

Satisfied once again

This is the 4th vechile I have purchased through fusion in grays. Every time Doug has been the sales representative and he has gone far and beyond to make sure everything run smoothly and leaving myself satisfied and leaving a happy customer.Also if there was a problem with anything it was sorted out quickly and nothing was a problem.One of the other vechile is soon to be changed and again I will be looking for Doug to get the ball rolling. Big Thanks Doug.

​I can’t recommend Alan and the team at Fusion Motors in Essex highly enough. From the moment I first made contact to the second I drove away, the service was absolutely top-tier. Alan looked after us incredibly well throughout the entire process, making everything seamless, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Absolutely thrilled with the purchase and the elite level of customer care. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and proper old-school service where the customer actually comes first, this is the place to go.

AVOID!

Bought a vehicle which clearly had not been checked whatsoever. The car didn’t even have a drop of engine oil in it!

After nine months of chasing with calls, texts and emails, I have had enough.

Unfortunately, I was too nice, too patient, to my detriment.

On 05/05/26, I called and demanded the car be seen and voiced my dissatisfaction at the lack of response since I bought the vehicle.
The ‘resolution’ they have now offered will cost me a great deal - I was sold a dangerous car and Fusion have the responsibility to fix it/the situation.

Dealt with Doug (who is now the manager) and Georgia briefly (she is never in, didn’t respond to any of my emails or calls after telling me I needed to email my complaint!).

After the initial ‘patter’ given to you upon purchase, expect zero after sales and be expected to be lead on (until the warranty runs out at the very least!)

Have now reported to the Motor Ombudsman and the AA. Will not stop until a satisfactory and fair resolution is reached.

deposit scam

Very poor service from Jordan. Paid £99 Refundable reservation via the website for BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe 2016 Reg: AY16TCU. After seeing the car in person decided not to proceed with the purchase as there looked to be spilled oil in the engine bay. Jordan’s demeanour had quickly changed after that and said he could have sold the car 3 times that same day. Since then the cars price has dropped by nearly a grand and is still available on the website. 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refunded deposit and none of my messages are being responded to forcing me to request a chargeback from my bank.
