The clothes were ok but when I tried to make a return I did not receive any label or QR code to my email. At this point it's been two weeks of my emailing them and not receiving a reply. I think I will need to initiate a charge back on my credit card in order to get my money back... What a mess.

Don't hold their promises
Claims free delivery on orders over 1500 SEK, yet I'm charged for delivery when ordering over 3500 SEK. Claims product exchanges are sent out immediately, yet I haven't received any new item or heard anything from them for 3 weeks now since registering the return and sending back the original item.

Overall process was excellent
Overall process was excellent. The quality of the black suede a little less desirable. Few faded spots on both shoes around the toe area. Fit is tight, perhaps a size up would be better.

Unfortunately don't worth the money…
I‘ve worn a pair of Äppelviken oxford‘s in dark brown for over a year now.
They impress when it comes to style but regarding durability and longvity it‘s unfortunately not worth the money at all.
The outer sole wore down after a very short time and the shoelaces are broken by now, too. For this relatively high price, I would have expected more.
