Moisturiser arrived in good time
Moisturiser arrived in good time . Lovely packaging. The moisturiser itself smells beautiful however, I’m not sure if it moisturises well enough for my older, dry skin. My skin is also very sensitive and I’ve had a rash in the usual areas since using it.

Skin reaction to essential oils in product
Unfortunately, my eczema got worse using this moisturiser. The product stings due to the essential oil content. I purchased as advertised as ‘fragrance free’ but it is scented and includes essential oils. It’s a shame as really love the ethos of the brand!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. When we advertise "fragrance free" we mean free-from synthetic fragrances, but we do use a small amount of essential oils to give the products our signature scent. We can see how this may lead to confusion and we're so sorry that that was the case for you - please know it is never our intention to mislead anyone! Our products are tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin and have been deemed safe, and lots of our other customers who suffer from eczema use our moisturiser and have seen amazing results. But, of course, this may not be the case for everyone - especially if your skin may be particularly sensitive to essential oils. Lotion is divine!
Love the sustainability ethos behind this brand! The lotion is divine- wonderful texture & scent. It absorbs beautifully and gives my skin a dewy sheen. Happy Hands - great smell!
'My Skin Feels Moisturised' moisturiser has been an absolute blessing for my daughter's skin, especially her hands. She regularly suffers with eczema and severely chapped hands that often crack deeply and sometimes bleed. So after receiving a mailshot from the products founder, I decided to buy the moisturiser for my daughter feeling we had nothing to lose to try and repair her broken skin.
Amazingly, she has noticed a huge difference and her hands healed. Recently, she ran out and very quickly she was back to sore chapped hands and wondering if I could get her some more quickly. She is a uni student and so I decided to do the monthly subscription knowing it is delivered straight to her door! The product smells lovely and we definitely can't smell the ketchup!
The ordering process has been super efficient and easy too.
Well done Team My Skin Feels your moisturiser has been a hit. Look forward to following the journey.

Best Skin Cleanser
I bought the face cleanser for my sister-in-law who is allergic to a wide range of cosmetics and unable to use anything on her skin. She’s been using the cleanser for several weeks and tells me it’s the best product she has ever used and her skin is looking fantastic

An amazing product! Hydrating and Glowy
An amazing product! I was slightly worried as my skin can be slightly temperamental with new face cream as some break me out however this moisturiser works so well with my skin. My skin feels soft, hydrated and it gives a nice glow which works well under my makeup up.
