I am on my 4th month of Tirzepitide with much success. I am having issues with the dosage so I reached out to MyStart after no success using chat. The second 3 months came to me in plenty of time to continue without any lapse in medication administration. It was delivered in a styrofoam container with dry ice and was cold. The problem I have found is my first inj from this new batch(4th month) did not seem effective to me like the 3 months prior and I also found there to be no increase in dosage during any of the sent vials. I received a call from Kent just now. Very kind and eager to help fix the problem. He helped with another issue at the start of the program. He was very interested, pleasant and willing to help me rectify this problem. He has requested a new consultation for me, which will hopefully help my issue. The only reason I have put 4 stars is not because Kent didn't deserve 5, it's only because I have not found out yet if the new consultation will fix the problem. I do appreciate all Kent is trying to do. Nice to get good customer service. Thank you

I have been using My Start for 6 mon ths. The staff and especially the CEO Matt really care about your overall health and about your weight loss progress. The price is clear! They tell you the price and that's what it is. There is no underlying bs. If you are having a problem with the weight loss meds, like I was at the beginning, Matt himself will call you and help you in any way he can. And he continues to stay in touch with you. Overall, great product, great company!

Upon posting this review I was contacted by a woman by the name of Empress. I was offered a 50% refund and my medication was shipped overnight. I do appreciate the efforts made to correct the situation and the prompt arrival of the medication. It is disappointing however that it took posting a public review to get a resolution beyond having to wait another week while still paying full price. I have ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.*
This continues to get more ridiculous by the day. To start, everything is done via their website which is barely functional. All of their customer service is done via a nameless “live” chat that is as barebones as it gets… I’m talking tech from the 1990’s. Sometimes you get a response within an hour, sometimes within a day, and other times not at all. The only time I was given a phone number was to handle a billing issue, which was clearly somebody’s cell phone.
The order tracker simply does not work, my first shipment took almost two weeks to arrive and even now still shows as being at the pharmacy, even though I received it a month ago. My second shipment has yet to arrive even though they took my money 13 days ago. No update, no notifications, nothing. The tracker has said “sent to pharmacy” since the 8th and now after reaching out I see a notification pop up today saying it has just now been sent to the pharmacy.
If not for the fact that I did receive my first shipment I would honestly at this point believe I had been scammed. Go elsewhere or you will regret it, I will certainly be dropping this company as soon as I receive my medication or a refund. There is something fishy going on here, this is not a reputable company.
Update: I have now received a response claiming that the delay was because they had to switch pharmacies and that it will be another WEEK for my medication to arrive. I’m more nervous now because I have seen reviews from BEFORE I placed this order claiming that they were told the same thing. Not to mention that even if this is true they chose to leave their customers in the dark with no warning or update that this was happening.

My first three months were good. When I received my next three months, I actually received 2 months supply instead of 3. I have taken 2 shots from the first vial and I have enough for one more shot and I am not taking the amount I was prescribed. My weight has stalled. I reached out multiple times to customer service. I sent them pictures of the vials I received and I have not heard any resolution to my issues. I would like to get some money back so I can go someplace else for medication.

Ok, my original review was 1 star. I did receive a call from Curtis who promised my credit card will not be charged. Of course time will tell. I have already alerted my credit card co. I was asked to remove my review, so I came back on the website to edit my review... but miraculously my review has disappeared without any action on my part. Isn't that convenient and questionable. I will say they are very responsive to bad reviews. Please don't disappoint with promise to refund the charge and no further charges will be on my account. I'm still a bit concerned they have my credit info. I also have a pharmacy trying to collect a past due bill... WHAT? If this becomes a headache, I'll be adding more bad reviews. Fingers crossed this mess has ended.

I had some issues with my order being delayed, customer service reached out after I left a review, gave me a percentage of refund for the inconvenience. Still waiting however have been assured it will be delivered by next week.— Update- I am now on my third week and I have not seen any results, in fact I have gained despite changing my eating habits and eating healthier. I went on glp winner the website and read some reviews about greenwich RX which is the pharmacy providing the tirzepatide. They all were in agreeance that the pharmacy is not adding much of tirzepatide and that it is mostly Vit B12 which makes sense considering the color is very pink/ red and I have felt no effects of appetite suppression what so ever. I fear I made a mistake choosing this company, after using my hard earned money and I am very disappointed in these results. Update- They refunded me a percentage for the inconvenience and will follow up in a few weeks to check in and see if I have noticed any effects/progress.

I tried hard to screen this company and still got burned. They tried three times to charge my card from different company names. (Not My Start Health). Before ordering, I spoke with a salesperson. I told him that I needed Tirzepatide without the additives, (Glycine, B12, etc.) and he assured me that was the case. So I placed the order for three months. I received an email with my prescription showing ONLY Tirzepatide, but when I received the package, it what Tirzepatide mixed with B12. And on top of that I received HALF of what I ordered. They RX was for 12.5mg weekly for 12 weeks. That equals 150 mg. They sent 90mg. I emailed them. Called them multiple times. Each time I was told I would get a call from the supervisor ("Empress"). I never got a call. back. I called the Pharmacist who sent the RX. He had a prescription from This company for Tirzepatide WITH B12. I showed him my RX WITHOUT B12 and he said I needed to be refunded from My Start Health. They refuse to refund or replace the product. The lady said they would give me back half, but it never happened and no confirmation. This is fraud, plain and simple. NOWHERE in their advertising do they tell you that they are putting in additives. I had to block my bank to prevent them from further charges.
I received a call from a Manager of My Start Health and he apologized for the situation. He has offered to refund my money. Thank you
