I very much appreciate his attention to my concerns, and believe him when he said everything is in the process of being made right. I wish all companies were so responsive to negative reviews.

I just started program and had a ruff start. The customer support team was helpful and they were able address my issue of not being able to ship on time. These are front line staff that seem to really care and want to help.
I am continuing with the program and would recomend
them to others. If you have question you should call no matter how many calls it takes.

Update of my previous review. I have been on the medication from My Start. I have lost 1 pounds. My blood sugars are really the only change I noted. They have been in normal to low range. I can say the owner "Matt"of the company went out of way to try and help with my weight loss. Switched from sublingual medication to injection. Refunded all my money for the first month. I paid for the second month but I again lost no weight. I used again for another month, no change.
I will give 5 stars for customer service but I would give 2 star for the product for me.
5 stars for Matt trying to help with his product and trying to help me; he did give me all my money back completely; which I completely appreciate.

I would have given this a five star review if they would have sent my medication on time. The 1st dose was sent about 10 days after joining. The second dose was received 12 days past the date I was to take it. The 3rd dose was10-12 days late. The 4 th dose I am waiting on now will be 2 weeks late tomorrow. I was planning on switching to another company and had already requested a refund for the dose I’m waiting on now until a representative from the company called this morning. His name was Tyrese and he was very apologetic about the issue. He stated that my order should come at the end of the week and gave me a 10% discount on all future orders. Also gave me a discount on this month’s order. Therefore since Tyrese was so helpful and is the first person that has ever reached out to me, I decided to give them another month to get it here on time.

The customer service is very nice. The pricing is also great! But the turnaround time thou has been pretty long. It’s been 14 days so far and my dose is now over due. They have given me some compensation for the inconvenience which was very appreciated. I will go back and rerate once I receive my shipment.

Update: after my review the company rectified the situation and I received my prescription a couple days later. I appreciate them being responsive just disappointing that I had to leave this review to get a response. Sounds like the are trying to turn things around.
My initial experience was very positive but now I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my prescription to be filled. They charged me immediately but now I can’t access the portal and no sign of shipping on my order. Very frustrated. If I don’t hear back soon I will be disputing the charge with my CC company. Poor customer service overall.

I placed a message in the portal and someone reached out stating it would be delivered in 24-48 hours. That was a week ago and now I was just notified they changed pharmacies and it would take another week or two. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you waiting forever and false promises.
Update - we finally received our medication and they did issue me a partial credit. Apparently the pharmacy they were using was causing the delay. As a result, although it took longer, I am satisfied with the way they handled the situation.

I only gave 1 star because zero was not available. If I ever get my money back it’ll be a miracle. I don’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. My 1st order went exceptionally in 10/2025. It was ready to refill on 1/05/26. I have not received it as yet. The customer service is terrible I have called so many times without any resolve. I will be checking to see what is my next course of action.

Joined Jan 8th, paperwork went smoothly, pd on Jan 8th and dr approved my trizepatide and orders were sent to pharmacy on same day. We were told by Curtis that our meds would be sent in 4 to 5 days. It's now Jan 23 and have not received meds and dashboard still says sent to pharmacy. Have sent emails and called customer service, only to be told meds would be shipped in 4 to 5 days. Did I get scammed?
January 26, still no meds. No call backs from company
Received many messages from mystart. Problem was with the pharmacy. Company changed pharmacies and did receive all 3 vials of my meds on January 30th. Also gave me a 20% discount. So, even though it took so long company did correct the problem.

It's been 9 days since my prescription was approved. Minus weekends and holidays it's almost a week of business days. I'm not happy that I paid so much money and haven't received anything yet. I'll update my results but at this point I'm frustrated with this. After receiving two automated replies that they are switching pharmacies I'm less hopeful that I will see my order anytime soon.
Update 1/24: finally got an email reply saying that the are refunding 20% to me and say that my order will ship shortly. I still don't believe it will. They have until Wednesday. If it's not shipped by then I'm asking for a refund or disputing the charge with my bank.
Update 1/26: Now they are telling me they are switching back to their original pharmacy. So it's more than likely going to be another 5-7 business days until it ships. This whole ordeal has been exhausting. I wish I had checked trustpilot reviews prior to ordering from this company.
Update 1/27: Just received an email telling me they sent my prescription to the pharmacy... Again. This is the 3rd time I've been told they sent my order to the pharmacy in the last 3 days. Not sure what's going on but it sure doesn't leave me feeling confident.
