I recently started with MyStart Health to continue with my weight loss journey because of the cheaper prices than what I was paying. In the beginning I had many questions switching providers. After I spoke with Curtis K., one of the managers, I felt very comfortable making the move. Curtic was very helpful and responding to my questions in a very timely manner along the way! He also stayed in touch and kept me up to date with my order!

I believe whatever brand or generic that MyStart is using of trizepatide is working. It took 3 months to get the dosage right to get the medication to start working well with my weight-loss. This part gets MyStart 5 stars.
I hope this review helps folks out there trying to lose weight that the tirzepatide GLP1 works very well once you get dosage adjusted where you need it. The medicine works great.

This next part gets MyStart one less star, After paying for the second quarterly of MyStart they sent out all three months of medication all at once. These 3 vials covered only six doses because the dosage was wrong. We Contacted MyStart in August about the half doses delivered. They advised to continue with the previous full dosage then contact them when I used my last injection. It was very difficult to get caught up to the correct dosage, they eventually made it right, but it did take them a while. Then we received the third quarter missing a vial but they took care of this as well. I believe they’re improving their inner communication issues. They have always eventually fixed every issue.

The provider was nice! Otherwise… terrible experience. Can’t get ahold of any support members. Reached out to customer support, clinical support, and billing support. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy over 2 weeks ago and zero progress on it. Hasn’t been fulfilled, shipped, anything. Wish I could get a refund but that would require getting a response!:(
Update: after posting this and messaging support, I finally received an answer and am scheduled to receive the shipment tomorrow.

I really don't know where to begin but I have been researching Tirzepatide for a couple weeks and different company's have been very hard to get answers from. Today, I found MyStart Health on the Forbes list and I filled out the questionnaire. Within minutes I was contacted by them via text. They answered all my questions and I decided to move forward. Curtis called me personally and worked me through the final steps. He and his team are the very best and I look forward to a strong relationship with them during my weight loss journey to better overall health! *****

Nope, nope, nope. Horrid side effects and my dr who I was guaranteed "continues" and "unlimited" access to has not read three of my four emails. I'm absolutely miserable.
No way am I continuing.

I am updating this review the CEO did refund my money so that was nice. However I personally wouldn't order from them again.

I am editing my review below because the CEO of this company has been incredibly responsive. As soon as he saw the problems I was having he immediately contacted me and made the issue go away and initiated a course of action with medical assistance better than before. More companies should follow this good business practice!!!!

I am writing a review because I have been emailing and calling this company for 5 days(of which 1 was Xmas). I ordered semiglutide for the 1st time and received a shipment last week. It was someone else’s trizepetide. I injected a small amount because I didn’t want to wait for the correct meds since it took so long to receive. I’ve been emailing and calling since have received no definitive answers and with no sense of urgency. All I want to know now what the correct dosage is for my profile and I will just use these meds. Or maybe they can overnight the correct medication. I really don’t know but don’t want to wait another week for an answer.

I was having some issues with the medication causing adverse reactions with an pre-existing condition. I had contacted my physician to seek their advice on what steps I could take in order to continue with the GLP-1 treatments. This information had not been conveyed to MyStart and my recent script was sent to the pharmacy and my credit card charged. Upon correspondence with MyStart, they refunded my charge and agreed to pause my subscription until I was able to meet with my own physician. Could not have asked for a better outcome and also the personal attention that they gave me.

I originally left a negative review because of misunderstanding, but l was immediately contacted by the CEO of My Start;he was very kind and cleared up the problem and l received my rx in a couple of days,and so far I'm very pleased with this company...l will order again....lv lost a couple lbs after just two injections..

This company is 5 star all the way around. I’ve been on this weight loss program for 10 months and have lost 45 pounds and have an amazing life now. I would encourage anyone looking for a great company go with these guys.

The service was very good. Fast getting me setup with my medications. I just renewed and asked to switch meds with no problem.

Very supportive

The first couple of months I received my medication as ordered. The third month I was charged $299.00 ( which I might add is one of the most expensive programs and this was all out of pocket for me). Despite numerous contact with their “so called” medical providers, a month has added with still no medication and no satisfactory response. I have been off program for a month now and am starting from scratch with another (more reputable) company.
Sooooo……don’t give this unreliable company your money or your trust!

Scam city, this company tried to charge my credit card for an annual membership I never signed up for. Even more scary, I have no idea how they got my information. Avoid!! Thankfully, my cc company recognized it as fraud but still, be careful.

Curtis was really awesome in trying to help my mom and I find an affordable deal. Super friendly and helpful!

When I spoke to Curtis he listened to my concerns once I finished and was very professional and courteous and Curtis was very respectful and considerate of my needs which I find very rare today
