Company redeemed themselves
The first three months, I had no issues at all with the company. However, when I received my second order, I only received one vial. I attempted to resolve this with the company but kept getting passed off to another department. Finally I posted a scathing review here and the CEOMatthew Stern reached out to me. He listened to my issue, agreed that I did not receive my complete order, and he made it right immediately. Hopefully he will be able to train his staff to listen and address the customers’ concerns instead of passing the buck. I commend Matt for being a moral and ethical leader, I would now recommend this company for your weight loss needs.

Discontinued Prescription.
Company seems to be genuinely interested in get their product to help you. I tried their GLP pills for 2 months. They didn't work. They called me and switched my to Tirzepatide, which is suppose to be more effective. After 10 weeks...no effect. Now, I'm not saying their formulation is bad. It just has no effect on me. I know many people who have benefited from GLP program. I did not renew prescription. I just can't continue a service that had no value to me. Good luck to all of you.

This company charged my credit card and said that my medication has shipped . I did not do the online review for this. They finally called me after emailing several times. Was told they would credit my card. Later in the day i got a email stating that the medication was already shipped so they could not do a refund.

Top of the Line
I’ve been with MyStart 9 months ago and have had a great experience. A couple minor issues with communication but was resolved immediately. I’ve lost 40 lbs which I could have never done on my own. It’s a new life now. Blood pressure has been the best since I was in my 30s. The review I read from a reviewer claiming that they were bait and switched is grossly false and unfounded. They should be ashamed of themselves seemingly fabricating with no back up evidence written with allegation. The company is full disclosure. Easy to connect and response is within hours. I am continuing my journey for another 6 months. I’ve looked at similar programs and pricing. MyStart is by far the best price and service. I give them a 5 star rating. The CEO Matt Stern is a hands on guy. If you are shopping around I wouldn’t waste your time. Go with a sure bet. Jeff Krum

This company is practicing "bait and switch"
I came across a short article stating that this company provides their weight loss medication at 80% off. When you take their quiz the cheapest you can get is $349 for the tirzepatide. I have already came across offers as low as $145. This is fraudulent and not right.

We consistently run online promotions and discounts. We offer competitive prices to every GLP-1 weight loss medication on the market. You can actually get Tirzepatide for under $300 if you order our three month program which $897 vs. paying up to $1500 with other telehealth services. Our packages also include all of your doctors consults, shipping, EVERYTHING.
We also have Semaglutide at a starting price of $179 which is probably what you were finding with those other offers you cite in your review.
So to call my business a "Bait and Switch" is insulting and not appreciated. I would like to see you back this up rather than throwing garbage reviews up on the internet.

Despite what other reviews have said, I have had amazing interactions with the doctors on their team, receive my medications within a day or two in refrigerated packaging (which is completely necessary for Texas), and haven't had billing issues.
One pro tip that I learned is that you need to make sure you fill in your health questionnaire they send you after your first 3 months or else they cannot send the 4th month dose! I guess the pharmacy wants to make sure we are still alive lol.
Overall a good experience with great results! I would recommend!

Bad Company
I asked for a refund per their policy as my Medicine arrived late and was not refrigerated. The ice pack included in the packaging was warm and no condensation was present. They responded that their pharmacy believes my medicine was not compromised. I researched this on line as well as calling a Walgreens pharmacist. Neither supports the My Start Health claim. The temps were 95 degrees for the 3 days it took to receive it. I live in southwest Florida. My Start Health tells me they can’t control FedEx deliveries. They better find another way to ship their medicine. Please look for yourself on line. I did not find one article that supported their claim.

We did everything right on our side and you called a random Walgreen's pharmacist to give you advice on something they have no experience with.
I have researched your case. I believe our team did everything right. Even so, I offered to resolve this with you and make this right. We're doing everything we can at MyStart to try to help our customers get access to fast and affordable life changing medications. Every package is sealed with ice to product the product from the heat in transport. Your product was not exposed to 95 degree heat for three days.
We do an incredible job of fulfillment and have one of the best teams in the world handling these products. Even so, in your case I have offered to personally handle this and help you through this process to make it right.
I hope you will contact me and work through this directly instead of posting defamatory statements about my company online.

I originally had an issue with my start health. I ordered a medication in the mail that needed refrigeration I live in Southwest Florida and the temperatures were greater than 95°. After explaining my issue with the company, we worked out a solution that was amenable to both of us. Customer service as it should be.

Pam. I am sorry for this frustrating experience. However, according to our records this is not an accurate recounting of the facts. You contacted our pharmacy and they told you the medicine was totally safe to use. No one told you it was "not viable". The reason it was still safe to use is that we pack everything in ice and specialty packaging that makes it safe for transport in the heat.
We cannot control the FEDEX shipping practices. They don't deliver on Sunday so it was delivered on Monday. According to the pharmacy team I spoke with the medications would have been fine arriving on Monday in spite of the heat.
My team member who you spoke with is trying to do the best they can to live up to our customer satisfaction commitments but we also have to protect our business from people taking advantage of our policies. If the pharmacy fulfilled the order and there was nothing broken or unsafe about the order then we have to consider that order fulfilled properly.
I understand you sought out a second opinion on this. And it sounds like they took a different stance. But my team can't make a determination on this based on your pharmacy in Florida having a different opinion than the company that actually fulfilled the product to your door.
If you would like to discuss this further I would like to do what I can to make it right. Please reach back out to the team and ask to speak with me and we will make it happen.
