The retro kit I purchased wasn't retro + the delivery experience was just 0/10. I highly do NOT recommend.

Ive waited 2 weeks for my parcel, havent got it yet, the tracking link isnt working and when i ask them for help they always reply with the exact same thing, that my parcel is delayed. I hope i even get my stuff…BAD SERVICE!

Great shirts! Payed 40 euro’s for a mystery shirt and Some short pants!! Perfect both excellent!! Did it with a group and it made our evening a lot better!!!

Excellent service! Very supportive attitude! My tracking number was untraceable, but support team didn't let me down. The team did the best to make it happen, so I could get my parcel.

Ordered two boxes in mid april. Tracking link hasn't started to work still. I sent a message to customer support on the 23rd of april, no answer. Sent a new message on the 2nd of may and they responded saying the order is unfulfilled and asked for a patience. As of today still no updates on the shirts and tracking link still won't work. It's sad as I ordered the shirts for a special occasion and now they probably won't arrive in time.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone to order from here. I sure won't.

When ordering the promised wait time was 3-15 business day. We are already over that and the package hasn't even been sent.

We ordered from this website last year and they sent us the wrong sizes.

We tried them again this year, but we ordered our shirts 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been received even though we have paid extra for delivery.

I have reached out to the customer service team who first just gave back automated responses saying our order is being prepared for shipment still, so our purchase has not even been looked at!!

These are meant to be delivered within days, (week at most), but 3 weeks and the order hasn't even been prepared is unacceptable with no contact at all before I reached out. I now haven't heard anything since the original emails apart from an email which just says "Hi Matthew". That's it.

Really disappointed and seems as though we may have been scammed at this current point as we've paid over £150, received no shirts, and not received any clear indication of what's going on

Very disappointed. I ordered three shirts from mystershirt.com on April 24, 2026, and paid for express delivery, but my order still has not arrived.

I cannot track my package, and when my friend email customer service to ask about the delivery, he immediately receive a reply with a link that does not work. Since the reply comes instantly, it feels like an automated response rather than real customer support.

It is unacceptable to charge for express delivery without delivering on time or providing working tracking information. At this point, I do not even know if my package is actually on its way. I would not recommend ordering from this website.

I got a few modern trikots and also vintage and I love them all. Good quality, its authentic and fair priced.
I only had once a difficult experience but it got solved. Would buy again and again!

They are a scamming site! It has gone 2 weeks and they have not shipped the shirt yet, went back and forth with their customer support, which only answer was ”we will ship it soon” and then they stopped responding, I have waited 1 week without an answer with multiple emails sent, they are a scamming website! Don’t buy from this site it is not legit! (He has not contacted me)

The delivery methods are really bad.
They sent me a trucking number that was not active and it became active after 4 days. I paid extra for the fast delivery with DHL and it was supposed to be delivered from 1 to 10 days. My package arrived in 20 days and not with DHL but in collaboration with a local courier which was a really bad experience. The package arrived not in the best condition and it didn't had any protection outside of the box so I give the gift in a handbag and not in the box of the firm. The product was nice, nice choice of team, limited edition shirts so yes about the product I am really happy and satisfied. Although the bad experience of delivery will make me choose another similar firm the next time.

I ordered a shirt for my 12 year old son on the 3rd of April. I had no correspondence about my order so after a week contacted them. They were very helpful. Yet still no shirt and no further correspondence. After another week i have emailed numerous times and have heard nothing. This is absolutely terrible and feel its a scam. I am now going to have to report it to my credit card company as fraud. Please be aware.

They claim the business model is for affordable shirts, but you get from the champion of Tanzania for 50 EUR. The same shirt you can buy with 15 EUR. It's a scam, they sell only APAC and African teams, overpriced with a horrible delivery system.

I thought they were very bad because I ordered and got absolutely nothing close to what I ordered, I was very disappointed, but the owner of the place sent me an email and wanted to solve the problem and I thought he did it in a good way, so five stars to the owner, but since there was always a mistake with how the order was sent and everything was sent before, you get four stars.

After my initial negative experience, which honestly was quite messy and frustrating at the start, the team took the time to reach out and make things right. I really appreciate that effort.

They sent me another shirt, and this time the quality and value matched what you would expect from this kind of product.

That being said, I still believe items from the Indian league shouldn’t be part of the stock. Nothing against the league at all, but your value proposition is based on getting shirts that are typically around €100 for a much lower price. Including items that are worth only a few euros doesn’t really align with that.

Overall, I’m glad the situation was resolved and that you took responsibility. With young companies, mistakes can happen, but what matters is how you handle them, and in this case, you did make it right.

I previously had a negative experience with this company about eight months ago, which led me to leave a critical review at the time.

Recently, the CEO personally reached out to me, acknowledged the issue, and handled the situation in a very professional and respectful way. Despite the time that had passed, they took responsibility and made a genuine effort to resolve things properly.

I really appreciate when a company doesn’t ignore past feedback but instead follows up and takes action. That says a lot about how they value their customers.

Because of how they handled the situation afterward, I’m happy to update my review and can say that they stand behind their service.
