We ordered our tiles online but did visit the Harrogate showroom a couple of times and the staff there were really helpful and friendly.

We ordered, three different types of tiles, and they were all lovely. Great quality. Unfortunately we were advised by our bathroom fitter not to have tiles on our floor (we live in an old house with very uneven floors, with quite a lot of movement).

We therefore organised a return of the floor tiles. Olivia in customer services could not have been more helpful. She gave me her direct contact details and I didn’t need to deal with anyone else. She dealt with the whole process from start to finish, promptly replying to my emails. Probably one of the best customer experiences I’ve had.

The only thing that would have put me off ordering from Quorn Stone again is the fact that you can’t collect or return tiles yourself. Returning them was quite difficult in terms of securing them to the pallet and wrapping them for collection. It’s quite expensive too. That said, Olivia made it as stress free as possible so I probably would order again when we come to do the kitchen.

The customer service I received from Laura at Quorn Stone was exceptional from start to finish. Ordering was simple, with helpful advice on how many tiles I needed for my bathroom, and delivery was prompt with friendly, regular communication throughout.

I was proactively informed about some possible transit damage before delivery and offered replacement tiles in advance, but as I'd ordered extras, I decided to wait. In the end, I didn't need them and a refund was processed quickly and without any fuss.

Excellent service all round – thank you, Laura. I would happily use Quorn Stone again and highly recommend them.

We had lots of problems with broken tiles but Romana was fantastic at sorting this out for us. She made the experience much less stressful. Her customer service stood out - which is why we placed another order, despite the initial issues!

From start to finish an absolutely superb experience. Karen and Jack helped me to navigate my way to ordering exactly what I needed, they went above and beyond.
Jack even took the time to organise my order so the the delivery made me cost savings, what other companies would do that?!
When the order arrived (very quickly) I was stunned with the quality. I actually got quite emotional. This project has been a long time in the making. As I unpacked it I kept saying "oh that one is my favourite oh no that one is" It went on like that through the whole pallet.

We were welcomed with smiles from the team at the Harrogate showroom. Abbi N was super helpful narrowing down tiles for several rooms in our new build and she made the expereience enjoyable. It was a productive 2 hours we spent in the showroom and we came away happy we made big decisions. Thank you to Abbi and the team!

My partner and I went to the beautifully appointed Hertfordshire showroom today looking for kitchen floor tiles.
The showroom has a fabulous range of tiles which would have been daunting but for the knowledge, expertise and guidance of Amanda.
Thanks to Amanda we have got the perfect floor tile for our new kitchen together with a beautiful splash back tile.

We met Tom in-store and he was extremely informative, answering all of our questions thoroughly. The showroom is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic range of products on display. Highly recommended!

I visited the Clifton showroom recently looking for some new bathroom tiles and have to mention how amazing the team there were. We were greeted by the lovely Kayleigh who gave us a coffee and some biscuits to enjoy while we browsed the showroom. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, really friendly and made the whole experience so much better. Theres a beautiful selection of tiles to choose from and will definitely be ordering my tiles with them soon.

I went to Quorn Stone to try and work out which tiles would be good in a bathroom I’m renovating. Tess was really helpful and I even got a cup of tea and some biscuits to aid the decision making process. It’s a great showroom with lots of things installed so you can see the finished effect

We visited the Quorn Stone showroom this month - a beautifully laid out space for both interior and exterior tiles. Loved that the exterior tiling was actually laid outside so easy to see the colours in both sun and shade. Our experience was wonderful throughout - extremely helpful - more samples are on the way - fabulous!

Excellent service and quality of product.

This is my second purchase of tiles from Quorn Stone and I am very pleased with both the quality of the tiles and the service. Kiera has been my main contact and she has been extremely helpful and informative. There was a slight issue with the delivery but it was easily resolved by both Keira and Delamode, the delivery company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quorn Stone for the quality of their stone; the layout of the stone in their showroom, which makes it easy to view and particularly the staff, especially Kiera.
