The staff at Quorn Stone in Bristol were responsive and helpful from the first time I walked in to their show room. Once I'd chosen the tiles I wanted, I was sent a clear description (including a link to a video) of what to expect when they were delivered. I'm delighted with the quality of the tiles.

I visited the Harrogate showroom last week and was shown around by Kiera. She was amazing - incredibly patient while talking me through the differences between the stone options I was looking at. She went above and beyond to help me place an order when the tiles I’d selected were out of stock online. The whole experience felt really personal and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend Kiera highly enough.

My husband and I visited the Hemel Hemstead showroom and found quite a few tiles which will work in our new house. Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful narrowing down our options while finding the look we like.
We look forward to receiving some other samples and making final design decisions in the near future.
We really like the products, the way the showroom is laid out and the samples you can take with you which all help you see what the tiles will look like in your own space.

Josie found our previous order quickly and arranged a new quote for more slabs (I wanted to use them on a new project as I loved them so much before!) to match what we had. She was lovely and really helpful on the phone and I had a delivery booked within the hour. Fantastic 👌

I've used quorn stone a number of times now . Recently ordered 100 sqm of dijon tumbled limestone which I received . After closer inspection realised that they were actually grey not the natural beige creamy tone which they should be. After waiting over a week for a response they said this was a acceptable colour for dijon and could not accept a return. Not one picture on the website shows a grey tumbled dijon limestone. False advertisement. I have since been in contact with manderin stone who offer to send photos of the stock you will receive . I will be dealing with manderin stone for future projects.

We spent weeks traipsing round various tile shops, ordering samples online and were really uninspired by any of them. We decided to go and look at Quorn stone in Billericay and as soon we walked through the door we were blown away with how beautiful the tiles were and the way they were displayed gave us so much inspiration. We were completely spoilt for choice. Briony was on hand to advise us with any questions we had and was incredibly knowledgeable without a hard sell. We placed our order today for all the tiles we needed for our new build bathrooms and will be back when we were ready to buy our floor tiles and kitchen tiles. Will 100% recommend you to anyone looking for tiles. An incredible experience in comparison to anywhere else we looked.

Excellent show rooms, well worth a visit. Garden paving slabs well displayed in areas large enough to give an impression of their overall impact and outdoors where they had weathered the winter. The staff were accommodating pleasant and helpful.

We visited the Winchester store for inspo, and Randra was extremely attentive and helpful. She gave us lots of great ideas to think about, and the tiles on display were all extremely nice.

Ahmed (AJ) was incredibly helpful and welcoming showing us a range of outdoor tiles and copings , providing relevant information and samples. We shall be in touch later this week to progress our requirements further. Many thanks S

Beautiful showroom. Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented.

We had a great visit to the Surrey showroom at the weekend. Justin greeted us and showed us around and offered us coffee whilst explaining all the various tile options. He left us to ‘play’ with all the samples but checked in regularly to answer all our questions. Such a friendly member of staff. 😊 Really impressed with their displays too.

Poor customer service. Had an on going issue with outdoor limestone which I have been promised a site visit to investigate but has not materialised. Brought over 140sq meters! Don't seem to care now!!

Superb. Sara could not have been more helpful and considerate all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.
After a welcome cup of coffee and biscuits, she explored all the plans and made recommendations as well as showing me the paving . The paving is exceptionally well set out to see on the floors and walls.
It is all a very high quality product supported by high quality advice and care. Very highly recmmended.

We came to visit the Essex store as I found this place on instagram.
We were greeted by Tom who was super friendly, very helpful and understood what we were looking for. He took his time to show us the tiles. He didnt rush us and was not pushy in the sale.
We found exactly what we wanted.

This is the second time we've ordered from Quorn Stone and couldn't recommend them more. So happy with the quality of tiles & they have so much choice for any project you have. On our most recent order, Ezgi was so helpful in the Leicestershire showroom and Romana has been wonderful in assisting with our delivery. The team are always on hand, helpful and prompt in replying. We'll be back!
