I ordered a cobble sample and a paving sample of the Dijon tumbled limestone. I also discussed with the sales team that I didn't want limestone that went yellow in the rain or was golden in colour. At the time of order I understood slight variations may occur. However when the stone arrived it was a completely different colour to the samples sent. I contacted the sales team who wouldn't acknowledge this huge discrepancy despite the photos I sent. They said I could return them at a cost of £250 to me plus 15% re stocking fee (approx £350). They then stopped replying to my emails. I had no choice but to keep the tiles.

We then went on to fitting them. I had bought the FL tiles that had a layout template on the website. Anyway, this didn't match up with the tiles sent and when we contacted them they just said the template wasn't meant to be followed and we should essentially just free style it. However with lengths so similar in size (700mm, 800mm, 900mm) I explained you can't just free style it or some will line up and that won't work, they said to just try different layouts (with 40kg tiles??!?). So we had to pay an extra days rate to our builder to cut bits of wood to the lengths of the tiles and try some different layouts to find one that worked. Again, no acknowledgement of the fact their website said the layout would work and now it didn't!

So overall a very pool experience, where I have tiles that look nothing like what I wanted, a template layout that doesn't work and very pool unhelpful customer service. I genuinely am so surprised by all the 5 star reviews.

The Dacebook algorithm keeps sending me adverts from them about ordering samples so you know what you're getting - well I warn you, this is not the case!! I have been looking for another option of tile and they keep coming up first in my search engine, and I almost get excited until I remember the tiles I get would look nothing like the pictures anyway.

I would not buy from them again purely based off the fact I can't trust what I am getting and they have awful customer service.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing at a cost of £2000+ on a huge garden project that I have spent my mum's inheritance on after her passing last year and I'm just so sad it's going to be ruined by these tiles.

The service I received from Josie was excellent. She assisted me promptly and kept me informed throughout the whole process through to delivery.

I wasn't able to visit a showroom therefore I was very nervous about choosing a paver that was right and would match our property. Kaydee was really helpful, patient and knowledgeable and guided me through my choice. They are yet to be installed but hopefully will look perfect. I cannot fault the whole process, we had a clear step by step explanation of delivery and installation guide.
We have another order to make later in the year and will be a returning customer without a doubt. Quorn Stone are brilliant, and many thanks to Kaydee for her patience, knowledge and help.

I had the recent pleasure of speaking to Lara at the head office of Quorn stone in Loughborough recently, as I was looking to place an order for some paving. She was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and cheerful and the whole conversation was very easy. Lara was able to email me a quote straight away including delivery and was upfront with me about current lead times with the current situation globally. I placed my order a couple of days later having had the weekend to look over the quote.
The quality of the sample I had ordered was also very nice, so I'm looking forward seeing my paving when it arrives in the near future. I will also be contacting Lara closer to the delivery date to add any other items I will need. All in all a very good company to deal with to date.

I didn’t even get around to ordering! With only a small order of 2 sqm the delivery charge is dis proportionate! No option to collect either unless I fancy a 6 hour round trip as their showroom don’t have the facility to collect from?! I’ve never known that with any other business - how on earth would they get their samples delivered there?? Not flexible at all and I’m now left with looking down the more mainstream route which offer a much greater level of flexibility to make a sale! Very disappointed.

Went here today and was so pleased I perceived to find it! A lovely cool well laid out showroom with good lighting and space to check out the various natural and manufactured styles and options. The team were all very helpful and followed up with the further details requested.

Ezgi and her colleagues went above and beyond to help me with a quick turnaround order - she was friendly and understanding, and showed an amazing willingness to help me purchase and pick up the tiles to a less than 48 hour deadline! I feel as though I've received 5 star service and couldn't speak more highly of Ezgi or Quorn Stone - from their amazing samples I already know the products will be top quality too.

Thanks to Olivia for her superb service to rectify a delivery hiccup (by the courier) in such an efficient & friendly manner. She kept me updated every step of the way.

It’s a well laid out showroom and Michael was very welcoming, but importantly let us browse at our leisure.

Once we’d made our choices Michael took our details arranged samples and emailed a quote through within hours, which was very competitive.
