Loved the tiles and actually went into the showroom specifically to get a few more. Initially I was greeted and had a nice chat, but after picking some samples I wanted to buy them and the employee was tied up with another customer and didn’t call anyone over, so after waiting around 20 minutes I ended up leaving.
I also tried opening a trade account and spoke to them twice, but it felt like a bit of a pointless question exercise. It was only after the third time that I lost patience and told them not to bother, then got quite a passive aggressive reply back from showroom manager in Harrogate
I understand I’m probably not their typical trade customer, but having opened around 13 trade accounts recently without any issues, I just didn’t really understand what the problem was.

We visited the Surrey showroom to see some samples, discuss availability and to get a quote. This was made exceptionally easier with the help of Lisette who guided us through the different finishes of the natural stone we were interested in (tumbled, seasoned, etc) as well as how to care for them after installation. The whole experience was very pleasant and informative, we would recommend.

The tiles are lovely. I had an issue with needing a few extra tiles and once the aftersales team understood my needs, they went the extra mile to help. Thank you to Jane in particular.

We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful natural stone tiles from Quorn Stone. The quality is exceptional and they have completely transformed our space. Rebecca and Kaydee were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, and both the before and after sales service were excellent. The shipping process was also much easier than expected. Highly recommend!

Rebecca & Laura were great to deal with, order arrived as agreed and the tiles are gorgeous. Even when we discovered a few broken tiles a few weeks after delivery they immediately sent out replacement tiles no fuss. Highly recommend

Warm and welcoming, guided around the various options and given additional information to consider. No pressure and left to browse the wide selection before making a choice, great hospitality while we were guided through the purchase process….then a full explanation of delivery, date, preparation etc.

Can’t fault Quorn Stone so far……

Visited the new Harrogate showroom and was very impressed with the range of tiles on offer. The staff have a great knowledge of the various tiles and the after care, even down to the best grout to use. I also felt the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. So its a big thumbs up from me and I will definitely be back as soon as my house purchase is completed

Lola was extremely helpful guiding our choice for the bathroom floor. She advised us about aftercare and installation. Thank you - we look forward to receiving the samples 🤩.

I visited the Surrey showroom yesterday and Justin was incredibly competent, patient and pleasant to deal with. Very helpful too!

Had the pleasure of meeting Sofia in store today. We are looking for a specific colour for our new patio and she was so helpful.
What a beautiful showroom and such lovely staff. We had our dog with us and they were all so kind to him, immediately giving him a fresh bowl of water and a biscuit 😊
We left with a lovely bag of samples to try at home.

Ezgi was absolutely wonderful on our visit to the Leicestershire showroom. The products and their features were explained to us in detail, whilst also keeping things simple to understand. We both felt that Ezgi quickly built up her understanding of our requirements in delivering the look we were after in our new home. No pressure selling, as the product is quality anyway and Ezgi also turned around the quotation extremely quickly which was helpful for us to start making some decisions. Keep up the great customer service.
