This is pure BS. The box was a three inch flashlight and that is all. Do not order from here.

I ordered the mystery Father’s Day box for my husband and he loved it!

Reason being that one of the items I received, in My First mystery box is completely useless. The product has apart to it that doesn't function the way it is supposed to. It was made wrong so that it doesn't work.

I had great and amazing experience with MyTacticalpromos customer service i mean I got a very quick response from the customer support about a product and is details as well as for a fast email response from double order mistake that they have corrected for me Quickly

I want a receipt not I sent. If I asked about a receipt that means I didn't receive it so send another email receipt

I ordered several things and they had to split my order, as many items were in backorder. When I contacted customer support to inquire on the missing items they were very helpful and explain the situation in detail. They gave me the new tracking numbers for the future orders with the backordered items, so i could pay attention myself when they get shipped - very smart on their part! Two of the items in question were big bundles with several items each and some items had to be sent multiple times, as they kept sending the wrong items, but the company made it right!! Customer support has been attentive and patient with me. They also responded to my emails very quickly. I think the problem most people have with customer support is that they forget they are human beings in the other side of these emails. We need to be understanding, polite and respectful when emailing customer support, even when mistakes happen. Kindness goes a long way!!

Nice well made knife arrived with a good well sharpened blade. came in a well packaged box knife has a very smooth easy opening blade. Will buy more items from this company in the future.

Quite prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. Don't usually get responses from email questions sent to other companies. I was pleasantly surprised & pleased. My question was answered the same day I submitted it.

Customer service at mytacticalpromos has been wonderful. I am 85 years young and often make mistakes on my orders but they are very patient and always fix my problems. Their products have all been excellent in quality also.

There was a mistake on My Tactical Promos order. I contacted the support team by email. Within an hour, the issue was completely handled.

Complete rip off highly dissatisfied. Do not order.

Please cancel my shipments, I can no longer use the product.

There was a mixup on the shipping address and I got a message saying it was delivered. I immediately sent them a message explaining tis. They responded within half hour or so saying they are going to send out another package for the mixup and make it right. That to me is awesome. And they deserve a great review 5 out of 5 day long

I ordered a mystery box and got an Army coin. That's it, a coin and I wasn't Army to begin with. Customer service response was to tell me they issued a refund, but they hope to keep me as a customer. Ain't happenin'!

I ordered a knife that said just pay 4.99 shipping. They ended up taking out that plus 19.95 from my bank. I did complain and i asked to cancel my order. They canceled my order and waiting on refund
