Nice well made knife arrived with a good well sharpened blade. came in a well packaged box knife has a very smooth easy opening blade. Will buy more items from this company in the future.

Quite prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. Don't usually get responses from email questions sent to other companies. I was pleasantly surprised & pleased. My question was answered the same day I submitted it.

Customer service at mytacticalpromos has been wonderful. I am 85 years young and often make mistakes on my orders but they are very patient and always fix my problems. Their products have all been excellent in quality also.

Complete rip off highly dissatisfied. Do not order.

Please cancel my shipments, I can no longer use the product.

There was a mixup on the shipping address and I got a message saying it was delivered. I immediately sent them a message explaining tis. They responded within half hour or so saying they are going to send out another package for the mixup and make it right. That to me is awesome. And they deserve a great review 5 out of 5 day long

I ordered a mystery box and got an Army coin. That's it, a coin and I wasn't Army to begin with. Customer service response was to tell me they issued a refund, but they hope to keep me as a customer. Ain't happenin'!

I ordered a knife that said just pay 4.99 shipping. They ended up taking out that plus 19.95 from my bank. I did complain and i asked to cancel my order. They canceled my order and waiting on refund

I purchased two mystery boxes through the promo on Barry Cunningham on YouTube for $27 I thought I was going to receive several items that I can pass along to prior military because myself I'm a 16-year disabled US Army Ranger veteran but what I received was two challenge coins one challenge coin per mystery box which has a retail value of $9 on eBay stay far far away this is a scam

My experience with Mytacticalpromos was satisfying and helped me pick up some new outdoor supplies. As a retiree, many of the items (knves, flashlights, fire starters and other emergency equipment) I received were gifted to others.

The monthly club can become overwhelming if you're not actively using the variety of tools & knives sent.

Overall, I'd say my experience was quite satisfying and would recommend it to others looking for lots of inexpensive outdoor gear.

And you have been able to keep costs down. As you know Customer service is the back bone of a Company I give 5 stars to them.

Ordered and paid for 2 mystery boxes only got 1 . Was told each box has $60 worth of merchandise and with the headlamp not even offered by the manufacturer and 2 challenge coins it doesn't even total $30.

Completely preyed upon me. Complete lies and receipt. Going to notify FTC and BBB. Do not do business with these things(people).
